Service is so out, when we first came we don’t know that we had to order by the counter because this our first time here. By nobody has the urge to tell us to order at the counter while we already seated around 3 minutes. Everything is self service even had to clean our table ourself. What is it food court or fast food rest? With the price we had to pay for the food not even worth food doesnt taste that good. White coffee straight up 3in1 not recommended. Feel scammed by the influencer who promote this place. Because we are not from here. So we do search place to eat via socmed. Better find somewhere else is cheaper and the service and the food are tasty. Btw when time i came here this place not even busy just has 2 tables seating eating. Bright and clean coffee shop in the Hatten Hotel extension, so you get to enjoy your coffee in air conditioning too. Certainly convenient if you are staying at the Hatten Hotel. However, the entire process of ordering to getting your order takes a very long time, which is not ideal if you're in a hurry. The kopi is not as strong as I would have liked, even after requesting for it to be extra strong when I was ordering. The Kaya toast wasn't that good either. The Kaya tasted quite artificial. Terrible service. 0 star if it can be done. Ordered take away hot coffee & ice tea. Waited for more than 15mins. Indian lady making drinks was just standing there using her phone. Upon confrontation cashier had the cheek to say that there were too many orders before mine. When the drink lady looked at my receipt and a made different drink (ice coffee) I had to correct her again. No apologies from any of your service crew. You should seriously send your staff for basic service...
