When we got to our room, the toilet was clogged with poop, and there were burned out matches scattered about, suggesting the room hadn't been cleaned. The staff, all quite young, was extremely friendly but seemed generally frantic. After we informed them of the condition of our bathroom, they first said they'd take care of it in the morning. The smell perforated the room, so we asked again, and someone did come fix it. However, in the process filthy water was sloshed over everything, the floor, the sink, our toothbrushes, and once again, we were told it would be taken care of in the morning.
