Hi All,| I booked the hotel the considering the reviews & taking into consideration that, its a 3 star hotel. Its only after checking the hotel room did we come to know |at kind of hotel it is. I will straight away come to the PROS & CONS of it.|PROS:|1. The only PROS I can think of it is that, its right in the heart of Thamel & is quite near to the nightlife & other major attraction like Pashupatinath temple which is about 5 kms or 25 minutes by car, | 10 minutes by walk from Darbar square, Swayambhunath stupa is about 40 minutes by walk.|2. For people who want to shop, this is the ideal place with crowded narrow roads & traffic!!!|CONS:|1. The hotel doesn't have a lift which is not acceptable for a 3 star hotel. The hotel (in the website) claims to be a luxurious hotel but I strongly deny it.|2. The breakfast is average & was not up to the standard. Had a tough time explaining the breakfast requirements to the staff.|3. The knobs of the bathroom are loose & the water from the overhead shower doesn't come at full blast.|4. The position of the A/C the TV is away from the bed which is strategically bad/wrong.|5. The charging point just above the bed doesbt work.|6. There is not curtain covering the window in the bathroom. Check the photo (for privacy issue).|Overall, a disappointing experience. Will not recommend the hotel to families.
