Asian Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

The very entrance to the hotel was welcoming. The staff was always smiling and greeting in the traditional way. The room was clean , AC was working fine, windows opened nicely for a cool breeze and light if required. WiFi was good and available all the time. Room service was prompt and food was tasty. Any feedbacks or requests were acted upon, e g we requested for geyser to be switched on as per our requirements and it was taken care of timely. They have a weighing machine near reception which was very helpful. They have a restaurant, waiting area and clean washroom at ground floor. The location is very accessible as it is within the Thamel market. It felt very pleasant and secure, we were two Ladies staying for 4 nights. No unwanted sounds or smells. Drinking water was promptly provided; they ensured we always had enough in the room. Just a caution if you are elderly or wheelchair bound - the lift is accessible after climbing 7-8 stairs and you need to climb down or up 7-8 stairs to reach your room. We had an extremely...

I came along with 2 of my friends for an International conference. We had a wonderful stay and can’t thank the host enough for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and had all the little touches that show genuine care and effort.

They were always quick to respond to any questions, offered great local tips, and even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. It's clear they truly care about their guests' experience. If you are looking for an amazing homely food this is the best place. They serve fresh prepared food as per your taste. I like their customer service, when i checked female receptionist was friendly and helpful. Liked the room too, room size is perfect for single person even for 2 person. It very reasonable and clean. I took shower at late night in this cold weather still i got hot water which impressed me a lot. Staffs are friendly and serve you with beautiful smile. Surely visit again.

I asked for wake a call but didn't get any and when i asked the reception guy he said he was busy with a group. Please treat group and single guest equally. Again i asked for my luggages from my room as i was leaving for airport but he was delaying and i didn't asked this time but he said he was busy with something else.
