Hotel Plumeria Inn — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

This is not good hotel if you guys are planning for staying this hotel you must be thinking before the book because expectation and reality is different like room price , room picture , especially bathroom . When I entered the room that time I had shocked because that room smell omg I can't imagine so bad smells comes from the room and the towel didn't wash that time I booked couple room and I gave one thousand rupees for advanced but the room price has 2 thousand rupees and then after 4 hour I didn't stay that room because of bad smell .I decided to leave that room so, that I can talk to the hotel staff they said to me if you can't stay here you can pay extra 500 rupees then I was shocked I just stayed 4 hours and they asked for 500 rupees because the room price has also included dinner and breakfast but I didn't take anything from them when I said I can't pay 500 because I just stayed 4 hours and the hotel owner said to me you need to give 500 rupees because it's our rules but before they didn't inform and I gave then they were talking to me so rude . That's why guys if you are looking for room for this hotel you must be aware from the fake picture and fake people they are scammer . I recommended don't go for stay this hotel so bad...

My friends made a reservation for me at this hotel when I went to meet them in Nepal. The owner Prabhat is quite friendly, helpful and quite funny. One of my biggest concern was getting scammed during my trekking trip here but Prabhat directed me to good trustworthy business owners who were affordable and took good care of my needs. The rooms are comfortable but the service was beyond expectations. One night I was stuck somewhere and returned late night really tired but Prabhat went out of his way and ensured that I got a good stomach full of food at about 2am. I came to Nepal on October for a short trek to langtang valley. As soon as I landed in Kathmandu ,I checked for a budget friendly hotel around thamel ,and I get to know about hotel plumeria inn, I booked a taxi and went straight to the hotel . I was warmly welcomed.I stayed there for 2 nights in a comparatively cheaper price.The food that they provide was delicious. The rooms were clean . The staffs were humble. Very nice place to stay .
