Majheri Resort and Spa offers a compelling retreat with a mix of positives and minor drawbacks. The rooms, priced at 3k per night for the basic option, provide a comfortable and clean environment. However, my experience hit a snag when the initially booked room was changed without prior notice, relocating us to a room on the 1st floor with no view of the lake. This unexpected change somewhat dampened the overall experience.
The service at Majheri is commendable, with well-dressed staff providing friendly assistance. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool, a delightful addition for relaxation. The free and ample parking lot is a practical perk for guests with vehicles, contributing to a hassle-free stay.
Economically, Majheri offers value for money, especially with the inclusion of various facilities. The on-site cafe enhances convenience, providing a diverse menu to cater to different tastes. Despite the room change hiccup, the overall stay was satisfactory due to the clean and neat rooms.
The highlight of Majheri Resort and Spa is its picturesque lakefront which is around 700 meters away from it, offering a serene atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the scenic beauty, even if some rooms are a bit farther from this desirable location. In conclusion, Majheri Resort and Spa is a solid choice for those seeking a well-rounded stay with a few minor inconveniences that might be overlooked for the overall...
Read moreI happened to stay here in June with my family for a brief period of 3 nights enroute our trip to Mukthinath. I loved the city Pokhara and the footfall was very less in June and our experience was enhanced with hospitality of locals and hotel staff. There are 2 building blocks, the second one by the pool seems to be newly constructed. We were accommodated in the old hotel the first night. Although the rooms were small, they are cozy and tidy. On our return we were allocated in the 2nd block and the rooms were spacious in comparison here. Staff were very polite and would make every effort to see through that your request is met with. Two suggestions though: Decrease the amount of chlorine you use in your swimming pool. In spite of our stay the first night followed by our return a day later (after Muktinath), there seemed to be a communication gap among staff and rooms were not ready (not a complaint though) and we waited for 2 hours with 1 room allotted.
Will look forward to...
Read moreMe and my companions stayed at The Majheri Resort and Spa for 2 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. After a long drive kashi vishwanath to pokhra They took care of us from the moment we arrived, it made our experience extremely pleasurable not having to worry where to go. When we arrived we were welcomed with fresh drinks and cold towels to refresh us. We were then brought to our beautiful room that was large, spacious and modern. They have a swimming pool with a security guard as well (so you can leave all your stuff on your chairs when you want to go swimming and not worry).Their exceptional service is a true reflection of Nepali hospitality at its finest. The ambiance of the hotel seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional charm, mirroring the natural beauty of Pokhara. Thanks to its dedicated and cheerful staff and the peaceful haven they've created amidst the wonders of Nepal. Cannot recommend this hotel enough I would come back in...
