Kumari Inn in Pokhara, Nepal.✨ I had a wonderful experience. Here's a breakdown of the highlights and areas for improvement.
The staff at hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From helping me with my luggage to providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always happy to assist.😌
The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate. However, I did notice that the rooms is smaller no space to move around, felt confused 😕
The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Nepalese dishes, which were flavorful and authentic. 🤤
While the guest house did provide some basic toiletries, such as toothbrush, soap, and shampoo, I felt that they could have provided a bit more. For example, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer would have been nice additions. 🙂
Tour Arrangements and Currency Exchange: The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging tours and activities for me. They provided excellent recommendations and helped me book everything from sightseeing tours to trekking excursions. They also assisted with currency exchange, which was convenient and hassle-free.😎
Overall Experience: 4/5 Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Kumari Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. While there were a few areas for improvement, such as the provision of toiletries and wardrobe in the rooms, I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Pokhara.
Recommendations: Ask the staff for recommendations on local attractions and activities – they're happy to help! Try the traditional Nepalese dishes in the restaurant – they're delicious! Don't hesitate to ask for assistance with tour arrangements or currency exchange – the staff are knowledgeable...
Read moreWe were charged Rs 8000/- ( 60$) for a room on new year’s eve which was not worth it for the room & service they provided. The bedsheet were very old & water tap fell out when I tried to shower, it wasn’t a 3 star hotel feel at all. The main thing which disappointed me is they said breakfast is included in the price, we were not aware of the breakfast time they didn’t even called & informed us but this one particular female receptionist was denying & had an attitude didn’t even greeted us & apologized. No complaints for the male staffs as they were very polite. The female receptionist lied that she had called & informed, & when we asked for refund of breakfast we didn’t had she was very rude and unprofessional tried to denied their mistake. I won’t mind paying if it’s worth it but the apunt we paid for such horrible service and room was not worth it. Never coming & recommending kumari inn to anyone ever again. And still I haven’t got my apology ! Be careful guys save your money for some better...
Read moreMy stay in Pokhara was for a week and i couldn't find a better place to accommodate myself than this Hotel; Heard about this location from one of my friend. Besides their chef is superb, all good food served, friendly manager, supporting and humble staffs with cleaned room everyday. Besides, its nearest location-just a bit walk from lakeside, nearest to bus route and what else. It has all those sparks you need if you want to do official work during a day and also enjoy lakeside in evening- a combo. Few things i would really expect next time - improvement in 24/7 hot shower as the water flow was not that hot (felt good that the staff managed to provide extra bucket of hot water) and also a smooth lift service as it was in maintenance during my visit. Rest...
