Catama Inn — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

Very bad experience. If you are looking to stay just for a night it may be okay for you. Me and my friends stayed here for 4 nights and we were all disappointed with the service. The rooms were in bad condition as is you touched the walls your clothes would become white, and there were stains all over the bed sheets. They didn't bother to change the towels or the bed sheets through our whole stay. Moreover, they wouldn't give usk toilet paper unless we asked them. The breakfast was a joke as each one of us got only a small slice of avocado. To sum up, we didn't feel welcome by the hosts and we were very unhappy with the service, especially when comparing with other places we stayed in cuscos. As I said if you are looking for something cheap to just spend a night it might be okay for you. But in my opinion...

The place is OK for the price. Rooms are clean but the place could use some work, it is a bit rough around the edges. The showers were hot around half the time, very temperamental. We stayed in a couple rooms, neither of which had a working extractor fan for the bathroom, and one bathroom had an odour of rotten eggs. Laundry service good and reasonably priced. Staff helpful most of the time, despite the language barrier. But it was disappointing being made to pay for something as simple as coca tea when my partner was sick.
