Nice place at the top of the hill next to Plaza de Armas, the center of Cuzco. The rooms include big beds and some of them have great views to the city of Cuzco. It offers free breakfast, and has several areas to relax outside the room, including a patio which great views. Prices range 60 - 120 soles ($15 - $30) depending on single/double room and the views you have trough the window.

Great place to stay! The views were absolutely gorgeous and the staff was super friendly and helpful as we booked a few last-minute excursions! Would recommend stopping at a nearby pharmacy to get altitude sickness medication if you're not from the area

Affordable, easy to get to Plaza De Armas (3 min walk) but not noisie, secluded and great views. Will return. Clean, staff and guests still wearing masks at time of review, feels safe and comfortable.

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the experience my companions and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met, as the actual conditions of the hotel did not align with the images and descriptions provided during the booking process.

Firstly, the overall environment of the hotel was incredibly subpar. The cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking, leaving us with a sense of discomfort throughout our stay. The rooms were unkempt, and there were noticeable signs of neglect in various areas of the hotel premises.

One major issue we encountered was the significant language barrier between the staff and the guests. It was evident that the front desk personnel had limited or no understanding of English, which made communication almost impossible. This lack of effective communication hindered our ability to address concerns, seek assistance, and obtain necessary information about the hotel facilities and services.

Moreover, the room conditions were utterly unsatisfactory. The temperature inside the room was exceptionally low, causing us to shiver throughout the night. Despite adjusting the thermostat and requesting assistance from the staff, the issue was never resolved, leaving us in a state of discomfort and affecting our sleep quality.

Furthermore, to our dismay, we discovered a palm-sized insect in one of the rooms. This presence of such an unsightly creature not only alarmed us but also raised concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel.

Adding to our disappointment, we had booked two rooms for our stay, but one of the rooms remained unoccupied. Despite this, we were still charged for the unused room, which is completely unjustifiable and adds to our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

In conclusion, our stay at your hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, filled with numerous disappointments and inconveniences. The discrepancies between the advertised images and the actual conditions, the poor environment, the language barrier, the freezing room temperature, and the presence of an insect have collectively contributed to an extremely unpleasant experience.

And it charged us more than...

Overall, this hotel racialism, and has very poor management and a terrible environment. It is dirty, cramped, and infested with bugs. Moreover, the charges are exorbitant, costing $90 per night (300 soles).

This hotel is extremely run-down and poorly managed. The location is very inconvenient, as it requires climbing a remote hillside to reach. The actual rooms do not match the pictures. When we arrived at 11 PM, they couldn't even check us in. We had booked two triple rooms, but the staff on duty randomly assigned us a room that was completely different from what we had originally booked. The room was in terrible condition, with no hot water available. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to get hot water for bathing. The lighting was dim, the floor was shabby, and the beds were dirty. Furthermore, it was very cold at night, with no heating facilities and insufficient blankets. The bathroom was cramped and dirty. That night, we found a palm-sized cockroach (or some other bug) by the bedside, so we in this room decided to leave immediately, and the other three friends still live here. However, the next day, when my friends pay for their room, the hotel insisted on charging us for the room of the person who didn’t live. It's hard to believe that such a terrible room would cost $90 per night, and they even charged us for the person who didn't stay there. We were willing to pay for the cleaning fee, but I find it absurd to charge us for the whole room which we didn’t live. When we asked for a summary of the charges, they couldn't provide an itemized list. We needed to know what we were paying for this room. However, their attitude during the communication was extremely rude. Additionally, the room we didn't stay in whole night was located next to the front desk, right by the entrance. It was actually on the ground floor, but the key card indicated it was on the "third floor." Meanwhile, my friends stayed on the "second floor," which was actually in...

I most certainly can NOT recommend this hotel at all. At first we were arriving at cusco bus station at 5:00a.m and before we asked for a transfer to the hotel from the station which was also confirmed by the hotel. After arriving there was no driver waiting for us so that we had to call the hotel TWICE until they finally managed to sent us a transfer. After 1,5h we finally arrived at the hotel and were glad that we could already check in. BUT they didn't give us a room we booked for. They gave us a room very small and without a window, although we booked a room with view and Balcony, and on top of that we were charged for the full price and they tried to make us believe that this was the room we booked. Of course we wanted the room we were looking forward to, so after a discussion with the staff they said they can give us this room but cheaper or we can get the room we booked but we'd had to wait for it to get ready until 9-12p.m (so they knew the room they tried to give us wasn't what we've booked). So we decided to wait. After another 1,5h waiting (so tired!!) a woman from the staff came to us with a call from the manager. He told us on phone (he sounded he was calling from bed) that he doesn't have our room for us and we can have the small room or none. After that he was being very unfriendly we decided to cancel everything since they tried to trick us and let us wait again (in sum 3h...). After we canceled all, the staff offered us a free Taxi to our new possible accommodation - well of course in the end we had to pay our driver by ourselves. What a really bad service. We've had so good services on our trip for much different price level, so I recommend save the cash and do not go to this place....
