The worst attention I've ever received. I was with family, just arrived from a tour and one of us was having a really bad time with altitude sickness (vomiting, passing out). Since we had our flight in a few hours we wanted to book a room for 3 of us so the sick could rest until. The cleaning lady didn't want to let us in because "we would use the showers" while clearly seeing the state my relative was in. Then I wanted to use the restroom and the front desk lady charged the exorbitant price of 5 soles.

Worst hostel ever – stay away! My expensive Dior perfume was stolen from the room. They denied the whole situation and never returned it. The staff was unfriendly, and even after a long time had passed and the perfume wasn’t found, they refused to offer even minimal financial compensation to help us feel a little better. They were stubborn, unkind, and gave no sense that anyone was truly listening. Additionally, they locked the bathroom door on our friend in order to force her to move rooms without any reason. In other words, they played a dirty trick so she wouldn’t stay in the room she had booked. They didn’t allow her to access her belongings that were in the bathroom, and only after a long and exhausting argument did they finally unlock the door. Be careful – we went through a terrible experience. A horrible place with a staff that leaves you angry and drained!!! Avoid like fire!!!

הוסטל גרוע ביותר לא להתקרב! גנבו לי בושם יקר של דיור מהחדר, לא החזירו והכחישו את הסיטואציה. הצוות היה לא נחמד, וגם אחרי שעבר המון זמן והבושם לא נמצא, הם לא אפשרו להביא פיצוי כספי מינימלי כדי לתת לנו הרגשה טובה. היו עקשנים, לא נחמדים בכלל, ולא נותנים לך להרגשה שיש מי שמקשיב לך. בנוסף, נעלו לחברה שלנו את הדלת של השירותים כדי להעביר אותם חדר בלי שום סיבה. כלומר עשו עליהם טריק מלוכלך כדי שלא יישארו בחדר שהן הזמינו. לא נתנו להם לפתוח את הדלת של השירותים (שנמצאים שם החפצים שלהן) ורק לאחר ויכוח מאוד ארוך ומייגע, פתחו את הדלת. תזהרו מהם עברנו חוויה מזעזעת. מקום נוראי וצוות שגורם לך לכעוס ולהוציא אנרגיות...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are reasonably sized and buffet breakfasts are served in a large and attractive atrium.
