Hotel Encanto de San Blas — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

Hotel Encanto was great for our stay in Cusco! The hotel we originally booked cancelled on us last minute but Hotel Encanto took us in the day we arrived in Cusco and allowed us to book a room the day of, for 6 nights. It is in a very convenient area. Only about an 8-10 minute walk from the main plaza. All of the experiences we booked that involved hotel pickup had no problem finding the hotel and getting us to and from it! The front door is locked and you had to ring a bell to be let in and they had someone available at all hours which made us feel safe and secure. They cleaned our rooms and made the beds while we were out and even had a laundry service for a fee. They offered free breakfast every morning from 7-9 and it was delicious! Overall great...

The cutest hotel in the PERFECT location. We stayed 4 nights and loved it. It is a family run hotel and they really care about making it a nice place to stay. The breakfast is lovely as it’s included in the price. They work very hard and will go above and beyond to help you. They don’t have many reviews as it is brand new but I’m so glad we took the chance. It’s super clean and cosy.

My partner ended up in hospital during our stay here and they checked up on us as well as called the hospital to help with a quick arrival. We can’t thank them enough and we hope to come back to see this beautiful...

A l'arrivée a 18h la chambre n'était pas prête c'est pas agréable puisque le check out est bien plus tôt... Mais ensuite La dame qui nous a accueilli, puis qui nous a servis les petit déjeuner était très gentille on la voyait toujours occupée a travailler... Elle a eu la gentillesse de changer la papaye avec un autre fruit que je pouvais manger, elle m'a prêté une petite table quand j'en ai eu besoin. Bref quand on voit tout ce qu'elle fait... Respect !

Chambres bien par rapport a ce qu'on a ou voir au Pérou ! Il y a un rideau de douche et une séparation avec les toilettes pour éviter qu'il y ait de l'eau partout. Isolation des chambres top et a Cuzco il fait froid ! L'eau était chaude. Sèche cheveux disponible.

Petit déjeuner complet avec des œufs, du pain frais (pas tout dur comme dans d'autres hôtels) On a fait 3 logement a Cuzco c'était le meilleur. Bon rapport qualité prix pour la ville. Bien central et...
