This place does not exist. It is on booking but the name of the place you get a bed, if you do indeed get one, is a different one. Pakcha real. This other place is very badly run, we had a shot experience where we couldn't get into the place due to locked doors and no doorman. There were no hot showers. We stored our bagage when going on the Inca trail hike. It was still there when we got back after four days but under a pile of old paint rubbish and discarded bedframes. We booked 2 rooms at this accommodation through booking. The name of the accommodation is different and the address is inaccurate. We arrived and the rooms were not available. The manager did not find a solution for us, we luckily found a place just in the next door where we were treated more appropriately. Fuimos con un grupo de amigos durante ls temporada baja y la verdad es que dejó mucho que desear. Aparentemente se encontraba en medio de una remodelación, por lo que fallaba el agua caliente y tuvimos que aguantar el agua muy fría. Algunas veces cuándo volvíamos de recorrer la ciudad, podían pasar muchos minutos afuera esperando que alguien nos abriera la puerta del hostal, que por cierto aún no cuenta con letrero que diga el nombre del local, por lo que es difícil localizarlo la primera vez. Las camas no eran las más cómodas y las almohadas muy duras, pero el encargado del local fue amable y las cambió por unas mejores. En general el encargado es muy amable y se preocupa mucho por sus huéspedes, pero lamentablemente para la próxima sería mejor que antes de recibir personas, terminen de remodelar por completo el lugar y así no hacerlos pasar...
