We always wanted to experience room accomodations that have a great beach view of Boracay and Bluewaves Beach House highly meets this expectation. The room we got was at the third floor and despite some coconut palms blocking the view, it's still a beautiful sight. We loved the staff and how they assisted us going to the beach house. We didn't mind the short walk from the main road to the beach house as they have assisted us with the things we carry. They even made a welcome gesture with a happy birthday greeting in our room accomodation which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The room we got was very clean and space was just about right. It has a small refrigerator, led tv, hair blower, a kettle and a safe. Some nuances we experienced though were you can smell food being cooked or baked downstairs like pizza, you hear blender noise when they make shakes, and a subtle old mold smell in the shower room. While they gave us welcome bottled water drinks that's about it. No free bottled water during our stay. No room makeover during our 2 night stay. Food is on the salty and 'malansa' taste as we tried their pansit guisado. The complimentary breakfast is just basic so don't expect much and it's not even brewed coffee rather it was just instant 3 in 1 coffee or milo. There's definitely room for improvement but overall the location and ambiance is just great. We wake up to beach front view and its just a memorable experience. We still recommend Bluewaves Beach House despite its flaws because of its beach front view and staff that are very warm to us and sincere.

Total beach front. Simple bar/cafe with seating. Super friendly and competent staff. Beds in the deluxe room were smallish and firm. Classy end of white beach, great swimming directly ahead and courtesy beach towel/mat for guests.

I stayed for 2 nights in a superior room and was pleased with the cleanliness and its friendly staffs. I still remember I had a problem with the safe in the room and the staff was really helpful and managed to fix it. There is a beautiful beach right outside the hotel and you can get a nice view as generally speaking, there are lesser people in Station 1 and lesser night activities as well. The hotel is located quite a distant away from Station 2 and the main road. It might be a bit difficult to get local meals here. ||Before I sign off, I really would like to thank one of the staff which I am not sure of the name for carrying my luggage to the main road and helped to flag down a tricycle for me. All in all, I am happy to have stayed in the hotel and will definitely come back if I am planning a stay...

Great staff, great pizza, great view from „Deluxe 3“ room. However I really hated the moldy smell in their rooms. And when the neighbours were flushing their toilet, a sewage smell from the washing table outlet was added on top. The paper tissue with all the sh*t on it must go into the trash bin instead of the toilet - as putting any toilet paper tissue into the toilet makes it clog up easily. Towels had LOTS of paper tissue residues on them from paper tissues inside the washing machine, after drying ourselves we always were full of those paper residues from head to toe. So despite the great view, the beachfront location and the very friendly crew I have mixed feelings about this accomodation. However after moving out my girlfriend already was...
