It took a whole hour to get the 4 dishes we ordered, and we had to ask for napkins and the bill twice before we got it. We asked for our leftovers to be packed up and it was put in an unsealed container, so the sauces were spilling even at the table itself. We ended up leaving it behind because it wasn't worth the effort of bringing it back to our hotel.
When we asked a waitress 50 mins into waiting for our food why the service was slow, we were told there was a waiting list and that our food would take longer because we ordered a la carte.
