We stayed at Eriko’s Hotel for 4 days and while we appreciated the location and affordability, there were several concerns that affected the comfort of our stay. • Shower issues: The water in the shower would randomly stop during use, which made it difficult to freshen up, especially after long days out. • Air-conditioning concerns: The air conditioner in our room was not cooling properly. Although maintenance came to check and said it was working, the room remained warm throughout our stay. We had to move the bed closer to the unit just to feel the air, and while an electric fan was provided, it still wasn’t quite enough. • Room request not accommodated: Before our arrival, we requested a room on a lower floor due to a companion with high blood pressure. Unfortunately, this was not accommodated and we were placed on a higher floor. • Lack of assistance during check-out: Upon check-out, there was no staff available to assist with our luggage, which made the process a bit more difficult. • Mosquito presence: We noticed a number of mosquitoes in the room, which required us to use insect spray regularly. • Linen condition: The bed linens felt slightly itchy, which may be due to sensitivity or possibly a need for improved cleaning.
We hope this feedback helps the management improve their services. With some improvements in maintenance and guest care, this place has the potential to offer a much...
Read moreIf there is zero I would give this 0. I spent thousandssss of hard earned money for my family. We were 15 people when we went there with kids. First of all they weren't kid friendly. It is a long flight for us and yet when we arrived and I was checking in my daughter asked for a washroom and the lady just pointed her mouth and we didn't even know where she is pointing. On the 4th time that my daughter asked for the washroom she cant hold it any longer. No customer service at all. We stayed for 4 nights, no one clean the room or change our towels or toiletries, no one even offered. There was one time we were showering the water was cut off. I ordered 7 mango shakes and she can make 5 at a time so she made 5 and when she was about to make the 2 more I askes her to add 1 more so she did. I was waiting and I saw how she made it and she was reaching for the cup, it fell down to the floor as well as the lids, she didnt wipe or wash she put the mango shake, but I thought it was ours. I was there, she gave the mango shake to someone else and told me she ran out of ice. I told her it was offensive because she gave it to the other lady while I was there. She never apologized. She even let us pay 2500 pesos for using the tiny untidy kitchen. The tv is old fashion and outdated, not working. Ac is not working too, doors are broken. Bed is uncomfortable.
No apologize, no...
Read moreWe booked rooms from Eriko's in 2019 for our summer 2020 vacation, and then pandemic happened. We coordinated numerous cancellation and rebooking with them which went easy and smoothly. Our vacation finally pushed thru last March 2022.
Staff who assisted us were courteous and polite. Resort location is good as it is stone throw away from the beach and few meters away from D'Mall, and is in the mid point of the Island.
Rooms are good for its price. We booked 2 double deluxe rooms good for 8pax. We got one room that seems like a newly renovated one, but also got one that appears to be old, but still appears to be fine for its price. The rooms were clean, has a nice water pressure on daytime, and has a refrigerator too. Only issue I have was that the rooms only has 4 power socket, all near the TV. There is no complimentary toiletries too other than towels.
Overall this is a great budget resort with a very good location. Understand that this resort, like any budget resort/inn in boracay, doesn't have any other amenities like swimming pool like the higher end resorts. It is just the rooms and the common area, which is good enough if you just want to go to the beach and explore the Island. Will...
