Mandarin Spa Boracay — Local services in Malay

WORST SPA IN BORACAY. First of all, you dont update your contact number in google maps. I trued calling the number given to my by the receptionist yet it was not in service. I admit I was lte hence I mesdage your facebook account to inform you that I will be a few mins late. You called me to ask if I’m still pushing through with the reservation and I answered you Yes and that we were on our way. We dropped of my sister first because I had to take our senior mother and nephew back to the hotel first before going there. You called the teceptionist at our hotel to inform about our reservetion and I informed you that I will come again and again yet you had to make me walk there in your spa hust to inform me that you wont cater to me anymore. YOU COULD HAVE SAID IT ON THE PHONE! Why did you have to make me walk back and forth. And now that I am complaining all of a sudden you want me to walk back to your spa as if its just a few steps away? You have been in the business for so long you should be prepared for this type of situations. You accept reservetikns through facebook yet you dont check your facebook messages?????? I’m so disappointed! I will never refer your spa to anyone and will warn everyone I know not to book ar...

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst spa experiences I’ve had in the Philippines.

We made a reservation a day in advance, but the receptionist never asked if we preferred a private or shared room. On the day of the appointment, he suddenly asked and when I said I wanted a private room, he told me there were none available — so why even ask?

He ended up putting me and my friend in a shared room with no curtains or privacy between the beds. The massage quality was very poor and unprofessional.

To make things worse, the bathrooms had no locks and no privacy at all — just glass doors you could easily see through. Completely unacceptable for a spa.

Would not recommend this...

First of all, I didn't actually have an experienced in Mandarine spa due for some reasons, it includes a very expensive price with lesser promos and discounts which is not an effective tool for me to be conviced..
