Prestige Apart — Hotel in Gdansk

Apart from the convenient location and new building there is not much to highlight about this place !

We arrived and started looking for the correct address as it stated number 6 instead of 6D... At the reception they didn't know nothing about our stay however after a while found the keys to our apartment. No indications were provided where is it exactly. Upon arrival, we open the wardrobe to find woman's lingerie !!! The room was not perfectly clean, the dust was all over and the air was not too fresh. The WIFI was not provided we had to ask the reception and then the owner for the password!

Parking is NOT included, cost 40 PLN. Otherwise you can leave your car on the street or on the outskirts with dust coming from the construction side.

There were missing additional towels and duvet for the 3rd person!

At night we were woken up by the alarm that lasted few seconds, enough to be awaken for another hour or so!!!

I really believe that for this kind of value ( 100€ a night) we could expect much better service and stay !

Nie lubię wystawić takich komentarz, ale tu muszę bo właściciel lub osoba która odbiera telefon w firmie nie posiada kompetencji do współpracy z gośćmi. Ponieważ nie widziałem emaila z informacją o tym gdzie zarezerwowałem apartament to postanowiłem pół godziny przed meldunkiem zadzwonić... no i się zaczęło, jak śmiałem wykonać taki telefon skoro zameldowanie jest od 15, grzecznie odłożyłem telefon i czekam pod budynkiem do 15. Dostałem wiadomość z instrukcją i inf że w razie potrzeby proszę dzwonić. Wiec dzwonie i tam znów operetka że nie umiem czytać instrukcji, na pytanie gdzie jest klatka C usłyszałem ma Pan w instrukcji i niech mi Pan nie zawraca głowy bo ja mam dużo telefonów i nie będę każdemu tłumaczyć. Szukając klatki zapytałem ochronę budynku gdzie nam iść i spotkałem żonę Właściciela lub kogoś kto pracuje w firmie i zaczęła tłumaczyć że mają urwanie głowy i że mąż nie do końca umie prowadzić to co robi i jest nerwowy. W końcu znalazłem mieszkanie. Rozgościłam się i poszedłem w miasto, rano puściłem swojego niemowlaka na podłogę i przeżyłem szok. Dziecko po godzinie chodzenia po podłodze było czarne, ja też chodzę na boso to patrząc na moje stopy stwierdziłem że podłogi tu się nie myje. Dobrze że w porę się zorientowałem ale np. Kabel od lamki stojącej był wyrwany, kable pod tv wisiały niczym pajęczyna kablowa, pod prysznicem był kamień na kaflach, a hokery pod wyspą zarosły kurzem. Apartament fajny przestronny, troszkę zniszczony, zmęczony życiem, a budynek cały do około fajny nowoczesny z salą zabaw dla dzieci, siłownią i miejscem na dworze. Wracając do właściciela. Człowiek arogancki, takich ludzi trzeba omijać szerokim łukiem aby nie psuli...

We have booked this apartment from this company via booking. It was an awful experience, the flat was in a devastating condition, the faucet on the kitchen was destroyed and needed repair work, the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. The faucet in the bathroom was not working good as well. And also wanted to mention the bed in the apartment I have never seen such a nightmare, old spring mattress, which is completely uncomfortable to sleep on, total gross I feel like in the 19 th century. Overall flat is dirty, stinks The worst...
