After climbing up Rapunzel's tower i expected to have a nice drink at a reasonable price with my friends looking at the beautiful view. The lady at the entrace even gave us a card saying that if we get one drink we can have a free shot. UNFORTUNATELY this happened. Once we got a table and decided to order the drinks were aproximately 8€ minimum (we can get the same drinks for 3,5€ everywhere else). After choosing the drinks the waitress told us that we couldnt even choose our shots. Basically they wanted us to drink something we didnt even know what it was. The drinks and the shots tasted more like water than alcohol. As if this wasnt bad already they forced us to pay in cash when we ordered saying that the card machine wasnt working. Later on we found out they didnt even had one. They said that they had a paper saying that customers had to pay in cash somewhere inside (guess what...it was on top of the cash machine in a place no one could see it). The staff was rude and unqualified. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO SPEND THEIR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY...
Read moreWe went for a nice evening with drinks to the bar. First of all, it doesn’t look inviting from the outside and the elevator takes too long and is too slow. The interior also looked cheap and the service took a long time, although it wasn’t too busy and there were three bar staff. Ordering took long for no reason and the drinks are highly priced for what is given. If you’re looking forward to have an expensive drink with a view you should go to Frankfurt or New York. Will be definitely worth it! It seems like a dead tourist trap and there are better places to explore with reasonable prices. Where would you pay 8€ for a glass of house wine?! Unacceptable. We were also told to pay cash but in the end we were given the option to pay by card. Very confusing and incorrect. The choice of music was also questionable because for that proving you’d at least expect a dj to play but it was a simple...
Read moreAt midnight even though it was busy, the bartender turned out all the lights letting us know very unprofessionally that it was time to leave. Didn't blink the lights on and off a couple of times but just turn them off completely and left them off... Making our way towards the door both a friend and I tripped over a very low cocktail table because we couldn't see and both of us fell. It's a miracle we didn't really injure ourselves, although I had a large bruise on my knee. (And just to let you know my friend does not drink alcohol.) There are many polite ways to let guests know that the bar is closing-- like going around to each customer 15 minutes beforehand and saying "we are closing in 15 minutes. Please close your tabs and make your way to the door. Thank you for a...
