Hygge House Downtown, Lisbon — Hotel in Lisbon

Absolutely outstanding service – easily a 10/10 and one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Even before landing in Lisbon, the team was already in touch via WhatsApp to ensure a seamless check-in. Upon arrival, they kindly informed us that the lifts were temporarily out of order and, as a thoughtful gesture, offered us complimentary breakfast at their café Hygge Kaffe Baxia. I had already planned to try this spot, so it was a wonderful surprise – and the food did not disappoint. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff there were just as warm and welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast or brunch in Lisbon.

When we entered our room, we were greeted with freshly baked cinnamon rolls – such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The only minor downside was the pillows, but even then, Sabrina from the team went above and beyond: she actually went out to purchase a different pillow to make sure my friend was comfortable.

A huge shoutout as well to both Sabrina and Dário for their incredible customer service – they truly embody what hospitality should be. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable.

Overall, this hotel sets the bar for service. The staff genuinely go out of their way to make your stay perfect, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone...

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Hygge House in Lisbon! When we arrived from the airport, we were warmly welcomed with delicious cinnabons. The room was beautifully modern, clean, and equipped with every facility we could possibly need.
