Go2oporto @Flores Guest House — Hotel in Porto

It's location is the best attribute of this apartment; being set right on the river with really nice views of the river and bridge. The apartment is long and narrow, which makes the room sizes very small. The bed is very comfortable, but you can barely walk around it without scraping walls or the curtain (we are of average builds). The bathroom is tiny and quite mould affected with a fan that did not work (see photos). The hot water service appears to be a small tank and would sometimes only provide lukewarm water. Kitchen and lounge is open plan and provided good amenities (full size fridge and freezer), oven, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle. The balcony is tiny... Just enough room for two people to squeeze into with knees touching. The apartment building offers accommodation on four levels... VERY steep staircase. The ground floor has no balcony, whereas other levels do. We would pick level 2 as the ideal... Given how steep the stairs are and that you'd get a similar view to higher levels (unless...

We booked 3 apartments for 8 people to celebrate the new year in Porto. We are very satisfied because we had everything we needed to live the full experience of the house, from flatware to coffee machines... The apartments are very clean, comfortables and close to the city centre; as a matter of fact we did’t need to use the underground to go around the city so that we spent little money in transportation. |The guy who welcomed us was very kind, friendly and gave us all the info we needed to visit this beautiful city. |I can say that we had a great experience and I suggest you to try...

La stanza era proprio bella: spaziosa, arredata con mobili d'epoca e con buon gusto, letto grande e comodo. Bagno spazioso e doccia ampia. La hall già al nostro arrivo ci ha stregati, un luogo carico di storia e emozioni. Abbiamo comunicato (tramite sms) l'orario di arrivo e siamo stati accolti da una ragazza che è stata davvero gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante informazioni di carattere turistico indicandoci punti di interesse e luoghi dove mangiare. All'arrivo dovendo poi fare il check out molto presto abbiamo anche nell'immediatezza prenotato il taxi per l'aeroporto. Accoglienza davvero ottima. La posizione della strutture è eccezionale, abbiamo girato Oporto in lungo e largo sempre a piedi: la nostra camera aveva un balcone che dava su R. das Flores e si poteva ammirare la vita di Oporto... bellissimo.||Pulizia carente per non dire inesistente. Al nostro arrivo mancavano i prodotti da bagno, lo abbiamo comunicato alla ragazza che ci ha accolto e ha provveduto. Al terzo giorno non essendo stato fatto un cambio degli asciugamani abbiamo lasciato gli stessi all'ingresso della stanza sopra il porta valigie, ma al rientro nella stanza erano ancora li appallottolati. Nuovamente ci siamo rivolti alla reception degli asciugamani puliti che sono stati portati in stanza, ma non sono stati portati via quelli sporchi che sono rimasti li fino alla nostra partenza. Il bagno in 5 giorni non è mai stato spazzato e sul balcone al nostro arrivo c'erano due mozziconi di sigaretta che sono rimasti sempre li. Il tappetino della doccia non veniva cambiato ma...
