Nothing wrong with this product. Lovely rooms and decor. Location is across a busy main street to Melrose Arch although not advisable to walk at night so transport would be needed should you be going into the Melrose Arch development. During the day, you can certainly walk it. Friendly check-in all round. But, I docked it at least a star for two reasons - one, there is no restaurant or breakfast room so this is ideally a self-catering option - business travellers take note especially if you arrive late at night. The hotel does provide a pleasant room service breakfast though so this might make up for this fact. My main gripe was with the highly erratic internet service which cut out regularly. And, it also seemed tough for me to access my 3G data service in what might be a poor reception zone in my room. Business travellers who will rely on both internet and 3G should be aware of this. With the word 'executive' in the title of this property, I would expect reliable connectivity. Still, for those who can work around these issues, this is physically a pleasant property. For those needing to be in Melrose Arch itself, there are better options inside the development rather than being on the periphery. If that's not a factor, then it is pleasant and can be...

I was here for one week and felt very comfortable and at home with the environment and staff. everyone was attentive to your needs with immediate resolution. I had difficulty with my room safe the first day and within 1/2 hour of my call, the repairman, Joseph, was there to fix the safe, reset the lock and stayed till he was sure I knew how to use it properly.
