‼️⚠️Cleanliness of this hotel is HORRID. stayed here for 10 nights.
Toilets not cleaned properly on first day upon checking in, I saw a ball of thread on the floor that didn’t belong to us (we literally just stepped into the room). It was later “swept” away by our movement to the corner of the toilet. 3 days on and the ball of thread IS STILL THERE. shower drain had hair worth 2-3 days collected there, not cleaned off. Am I staying in a hotel or airbnb???? face towels were not changed either. How do I know? I accidentally rubbed my face against one of the towels and left a grey mark on it from my eyeliner. The exact same mark was still there the next day after the apparent housekeeping. So that just goes to show that the towels were not even changed?????? vanity kit was not replenished… when I say “vanity kit” it’s literally just 2 pieces of cotton wool and cotton buds and 1 hair tie”. Even this the hotel would love to stinge on? I ran out of cotton wool so I really needed it but by the time I came back it was pretty late and didn’t want to call for just that.
bedsheets were not changed even though I did put the “green card” to instruct for the bedsheets to be changed. And once again, how did I know it wasn’t changed? The bedsheets had a stain (which was not left by me, it was the day aft the housekeeping) and that stain was on the exact same spot for 3 full days. We slept on the same bedsheets for 3 full days even though we instructed to change it. Why am I paying for hotel price if I’m gonna be living in a way of an Airbnb????
layout of the rooms are insanely silly. The bed is sooooo close to the table (which is built in so can’t move), that we had to literally carry our luggage over the bed. I don’t get it? What kind of design is this.
Would I recommend to stay here? Absolutely not. 👎🏻 Tons of other hotels that are in the same area for the same price with better cleanliness. Oh not to forget, the walls are SO THIN that I could hear a bunch of girls giggling and their full conversation from the room next door. They weren’t even talking that...

Checked in - unpacked things, but didn’t necessarily turn on the TV immediately upon entering room. As soon as we did, we discovered the tv was broken. Big long crack across and showed a black screen. Called reception right away to report - was advised they were gonna send a maintenance guy. Guy came, and he didn’t speak English. It was so clear that someone or something broke the TV, but it took him forever to decide on that. He then sort of actioned “X” with his arms saying tv is broken, and left. Left hanging, I called reception. They said they were gonna check with housekeeping first what happened. As a guest, you would normally and fairly expect they would offer a room change, but no, gotta wait to see what housekeeping says.
Someone then comes at our door after 10-15mins with a new set of keys, and said we will receive a call when the new room is ready. 30mins pass, no call. Followed up with reception and was interrogated yet again about the cracked tv, indirectly implying or accusing that we broke it. Of course I explained. Then upon asking about the other room, the agent didn’t know what I was talking about. I was told they’d call me back. Finally, got a call and was informed room was ready. This was at least an hour after. An hour wasted just waiting for them to fix this simple problem. It just gets worse… you would expect a little better room with the inconvenience right? But NO. They gave us a smaller room facing a building being constructed full of workers throughout the day. Privacy and nice view are out the window.
Upon check out, the receptionist asks how my stay was. I said it was okay, it could be better. She smiles and says awwww thank you very much!!
