Apartamentos Wallace Valencia — Hotel in Valencia

The apartment is located centrally and an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. It’s tucked away in a side street and not in front of the Plaza del Ayuntamien fountain as shown in most glossy photos. (See Photo) It’s a 3 level apartment that’s quite modern and somewhat spacious except for room 10 unless you’re a hobbit. Each room is comfortable for 3 people. Had to rent 2 rooms as the city of Valencia doesn’t really accommodate larger families especially so central. Does get street noisy on weekends. Music played until 4am from downstairs bar. Parking is allocated close by where a discount is provided during your stay. The only negative comment I have is the picking up of keys. We had to first go to another associated hotel once parked and pick up the keys. Then lugged around our luggage through the streets to get to the Wallace apartments. It’s only a 5-7 min walk but a real pain. Also, it’s not cheap. We paid $335 euros for 3 nights per room during non peak...

Was nice...Until my second stay. I have spent a total of a month at this hotel and while my first stay of two weeks was ok, I was also never present in the room. Second stay - no hot water, no internet, loud construction from 9am-4pm (continuous banging drilling sawing etc) and it was in the same building but they claimed to "not know anything about it" in fact the manager seemed to claim ignorance of every issue, even though at least four of us in separate rooms and who didn't know one another, had the same issues. This would otherwise be a wonderful place. Also...odd thing but happens often enough to mention - the heavy smell of frying fish and oil used to fry fish often comes through the over stove ventilation fan. This can be avoided, for the most part, by never turning that...

Owerbooking hotelero: Apartamentos Wallace, Valencia.

Realojados en el Hotel Oliveiras en una habitación cuádruple, dos matrimonios y un bebe o sea, una cama, un sofá cama y una cuna para bebe, sin espacio para moverte, sin intimidad y con un roncador en la habitación e intentando de que no nos amargaran la escapada que habíamos hecho para ver Valencia.

Valencia estaba a tope de gente no habían alojamientos por ningún lado, tragar con lo que nos dieran o volvernos a casa.

Hice la reserva directamente en la Web de Apartamentos Wallace de Valencia, y me la confirman por email, gracias Rafael su reserva está realizada este es su código de reserva etc. Llego al Hotel Oliveiras donde tenía que hacer el cheking y empiezan las excusas, no nos ha entrado la reserva en el sistema, estamos intentando solucionarlo, podemos reubicarles en otro apartamento; este está más alejado de lo que tu has contratado y es menos atractivos a la hora de reservar, les digo que no y me dicen que no me preocupe que van a verlo con la otra persona que iba a ocupar el apartamento y que me avisarían (obvio que si la otra persona iba para más días que yo no me iban a dar el apartamento a mi); nos vamos a lo que habíamos ido que era visitar Valencia y a esperar la llamada. Nos llaman al cabo de una hora y me dicen que ya estaba todo solucionado, que nos alojaríamos en el Hotel Oliveiras, les digo que de acuerdo y nos vamos más tranquilos visitando Valencia. Lo que no me dijeron en ese momento es que nos habían reubicado a los dos matrimonios y al bebe en una habitación cuádruple. Vergonzoso que se pueda actuar así, que todo valga con tal de que les cuadren los números y que te amarguen un viaje que has preparado con todo el cariño. Nos tratan como a imbéciles, insultan nuestra inteligencia como personas con esta forma de actuar de gente con pocos escrúpulos.
