Little Lanna Premier Guesthouse — Hotel in Chiang Mai Province

I'm very happy with our stay at Little Lanna. The entire place was kept very clean and the AC worked well. Plus, complimentary breakfast every morning is a huge plus.||The family who run the place are awesome. On arrival, they gave us a map and outlined all the cool things to see and when to see them. Generally - they were extremely helpful whenever we needed it. ||For the location - it couldn't get any better. You're across the street from the Old City where all the tourist temple sight seeing is. It takes 15-20 minutes of walking to get from one side of the Old City to the other meaning you never need to take a taxi. This also means that Little Lanna is really close to all the cool night markets! ||If you're debating on where to stay in Chiang Mai, Little Lanna is your spot. Going to be recommending this place to everybody I know planning a trip...

We loved this little place! Stayed in two different rooms in this hotel, both were good, one with a window and one without (a room without a window feels a bit weird, but it was good otherwise!) We loved the view from our window room! Was absolutely amazing out over the temple! Service here was awesome, really loved the man that run this guesthouse and chef is helpful, although the food is very basic. Clean, crisp rooms, good air con. No elevator, so if you are not good with stairs, ask for one on a lower level. Very slight smell of sewage in our window room on the 3rd (or was it 4th) floor room, and very light water pressure in the upper room as well. We stayed there a couple times during our travels around Chiang Mai. We were really surprised that it is that good. The rooms are very new, modern, bright and clean. The Bathrooms are aswell. The location is close to the city but quiet. You can really find rest there. |The owner and Manager Aop and his crew are doing a great Job. They cleaned our rooms and even arranged our stuff. We got our clothes washed and got them back folded in perfection.|Aop is always happy to help you with all your enquieries like booking activities, organizing pick up services or giving you advice what to do and where to eat.|To sum it up, we would be happy to stay there again and other hotels in Thailand should learn from...
