Galata Green Apple Hotel — Hotel in Beyoğlu

GALATAGREENAPPLE is located really well, just around the corner from one Metro, tram and in walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. The staff was really friendly and helpful in answering questions (especially regarding transportation). The surrounding area and our stay felt very safe. We booked the "Deluxe Threebedroom" (three friends traveling together) and were underwhelmed. The third bed was a (rather uncomfortable) folding bed squeezed into a regular double room, not leaving much space. Considering we didn't just pay for an additional bed it was a little small and improvised for the extra costs. Breakfast was on the top floor without elevator, a typical Turkish breakfast buffet with no bad selection of things, but it wasn't restocked throughout the morning, so 9am left us with few options to...

The worst hotel I ever booked. The staff is very aggressive and angry, for no reason. When I try to speak to the management, the management sends me to their owner, and when I try to speak to the owner, they send me back to the management. When I try to speak to any of them in english, they respond in Turkish. When I turn on google translator to speak turkish, they immediately switch to english. I have never seen people like this, and I highly recommend everyone to stay off their hotel - no matter what the “DISCOUNT” is. The DISCOUNT is a trick and they are not worth even 70 EUR or 50 EUR per night... The experience is shocking, with all the managers being aggressive and impolite.
