Gulec Konak Hotel — Hotel in Fatih

0 Stars if possible!!! The owner of the hotel is the rudest person in customer service I experienced in Turkey 🇹🇷.

No one is at reception. You have to find him by walking upstairs and downstairs. They he suddenly messages you saying he sees me looking for him on his cameras. How creepy!!! Does he not know this is extremely rude and lazy of him! He hangs out upstairs and messages you when he sees you moving around the hotel looking for someone.

His responses are rude! He is not humble but thinks himself to be better than me by the way he speaks in person and via chat.

The food was average. The lady working upstairs told a customer to bring her plate to her!!! What the heck is wrong with these people! They do not understand respect or customer service. Why do they work in a hotel if they hate it so much.

I made a reservation through booking.com and they he cancelled it after I left because he was worried I would write a bad review so I’m writing it on google.

Avoid this place. Horrible...

Very nice clean hote . Balcony view is magnificent. Friendly workers who are always willing to help . Receptionist very kind and greets with salam every time we entered the building which was very nice MashAllah. Bilal the manager was a very nice man who had a smile that would brighten your day and would help you if needed and also spoke English . He was very truthful and told you things about what to do and what not to do when going out . Breakfast also very yummy 😊 thankyou...
