The staff were very unfriendly and placed us in the basement, even though we made the booking three weeks in advance at €100 per night for a standard room. The basement flat had no 4G, the WiFi connection was terrible, and the room smelled really bad. The air conditioning remote didn’t work at night when we wanted to change the temperature, resulting in a very bad night's sleep. When we asked the staff for help, they were cold and unwilling to assist. The next day, the entire room lost power. Look for a different hotel if you don’t want your holiday to be ruined like ours was by this one. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the actual room looks way worse!

This is a reasonable price from its neighborhoods, cause I wanted to have a paragliding and boat trip in Oludeniz. I was welcomed by a rude receptionist, I thought it was because he had a rough day since I arrived late, but the next day I met him again at a different time and he never smile and wasn't happy when I asked about a bus shuttle to Fethiye. However, a resto staff, Ali, he's the only friendly staff at the hotel. Good that they have a nice pool where I can do laps and they do breakfast rotation. Wifi was poor!

Nice hotel with some serious flaws. There is not enough free parking space so you have to "hunt" for it unless you are rich enough to pay 20₺ a day for street parking in front of the hotel. Wi-Fi is terrible, couldn't use it at all. No signal from the rooms and it is still terrible at the common area and the bar. Breakfast was not good either. Nonetheless it's location is pretty good which makes this hotel fair for the price you pay.

From the pictures, I expected a nice spacious pool, with childrens/splash pool. I expected a rooftop terrace/sunbathing/relaxing area and a pool table. It seems that some changes have taken place since photos were posted online as there is no splash pool or pool table and the roof terrace is a barren, unwelcoming space. The pool now has a wall built up against one side, so along with the boundary wall, means it's flanked on all sides and doesn't receive enough sun to warm the pool, so even at the end of the season, after a summer of sun, its still freezing. As in other reviews, it seems rooms vary wildly. Ours was much nicer than our friend's, but our balcony was next to useless as it was completely shaded/baracaded by creeping plants. All of this, I could let slide, bearing in mind the price paid, but the service we received was a deal breaker for us. We like to drink late, often returning from town for a couple more at the bar before bed. On our first day we asked what time the bar closed and were basically told, whenever we wanted. We returned from town at 12.30am to complete darkness. We asked if the bar could be reopened and received a flat out "no". On another night we arrived back at the bar when it was still open, but later on, I think somewhere between 1.30 and 2.00am it shut down. That is understandable, but we didn't like the fact that we weren't told it was closing or asked if we wanted anything else, they just turned the lights out, shut everything down and left us sitting there in the dark! Despite this, 4 members of staff were still in the vicinity, one "night watchman" and three others sitting chatting and looking at their phones. It seems bizarre, that you wouldn't keep the bar open and take our money, if you are hanging around anyway? Most of the time we were completely ignored by the staff, no one asked us how our day was or if we were enjoying our stay. There was one exception, one guy did make more of an effort to say hello and we had a brief conversation at the bar with him once in 10 days. For these reasons, we chose not to give the hotel any of our money and took our custom elsewhere as much as we could. We reckon the hotel lost out on at least £1000 in drinks from our group. Although the hotel had its faults, its close to the beach and more than adequate, so we may well have stayed again, had the customer experience...

Well ware do I start this was our only chance to go away this year as 2 holidays had been cancalled due to covid the hotel is in a lovely spot right next to the beach and the strip the night we arrived we were put in a basement room we ast for a different room as our out look was a brick wall but there was no rooms available so we made do with the room we got maids we're in every day cleaning changing towels abd bedding could not fault them 1 bit we were half board breakfast was fruit fruit and more fruit if you wanted a slice of toast you had to pay for it needless to say we ate our for breakfast the evening meal there was about 5 choices on the menu we ate there twice as the men you was poor and both nights it was a pancake for desert I don't like pancakes so I asked if I could have ice cream and I was told no it was not on the menu so after that we ate out all the time all the sun loungers are plastic no coverings on them and most of them are split needless to say there very dangerous always plenty sunbeds as not many sat round the pool the manager sat at the bar alday and night watching everything going on around him he woukd call 1 of the waiters over to him and they'd run around taking him knifes and forks water sauces etc I felt sorry 4 them to be honest my husband ast for a bottle off efes the manager served him and he's still waiting for his change as we had a late check out we ast if any rooms ware available we new we would have to pay that was not a problem as we have paid for late check outs in the past the room was only 25 pounds but it was realy bad wires hanging from sockets cases and other items covared in dust in this room no kettle and only 1 light worked our 3rd night we witnessed a Turkish man braying his wife around there room in front of there 3 year old son it was terrible the shouting and slapping reception went to this room and the man in question came out with there little boy and the woman was lying on the floor they just left her there we paid 1400 pounds for 12 nights at this hotel it's like faulty towers to be honest it was a eye opener I would go back to oludeniz as the boat trips and other excursions are lovely could not fault them but this hotel definitely not the manager does nothing to keep his customers happy or to stay and spend money...
