The food that we ate was not good. Items listed on the menu and the actual food served wasn’t good at all and didn’t match the description. Fusilli Arrabbiatas weren’t spicy like they should be and were sweet, the two people out of our group who ordered them did finish the food but they weren’t exactly happy because that wasn’t what it was supposed to be. In addition, the Fish & Chips were not to standard at all because of the fish having scales on it which were covered by breading so the person eating wouldn’t notice it. The Miso Salmon wasn’t Miso at all, the concept of Miso is different and even though the piece of salmon that was given was a good size, the potatoes were small and just 3, as well as not being salty, just bland. Chilli Noodles Chicken were awful and inedible, they were very zesty and Smokey instead of being chilli or any hint of spice, the smoke felt like some fire smoke going on them and they got all the taste of it. The two Latte that we ordered arrived lukewarm which isn’t exactly how it should be, and we also requested syrup to one of them which was only given to us 10 minutes later when the Latte was almost cold and half way finished. Overall, the food was bland and didn’t have any taste to it. The atmosphere though was nice and the interior design was cozy and modern. The table where we sat was cosy and next to a window. The members of staff weren’t rude, but the service wasn’t exactly outstanding or bad, just meh. In conclusion, I don’t think we will be coming back because the food doesn’t taste like labelled on the menu, eg miso or spicy. If you are looking for a place with beautiful looking dishes then this is for you but if you like tasty food which is served correctly to how described then you should consider visiting a different place. Also be aware of 10% charge for the service which they do not tell you about in the begging.

Keepers is a surprisingly reasonably priced restaurant given its prime location surrounded by high-end hotels in central London. The interior is warm and inviting, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that makes for an enjoyable dining experience. The service was truly excellent – the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The facilities, including the restrooms located within the adjoining hotel, were clean and well-maintained. As for the food, the experience was a bit mixed. The duck with mashed potatoes was a standout dish – flavorful and well-executed. The chicken breast was perfectly cooked and impressively moist, though all of the flavor was concentrated in the skin, leaving the meat itself a bit bland. The French fries were nicely crispy, while the grated carrot salad felt like a lackluster substitute for a proper side salad. Dessert was unfortunately underwhelming – the cake was dry and lacked flavor, which ended the meal on a slightly disappointing note. Overall, Keepers offers a somewhat inconsistent culinary experience, but given the fair pricing in an otherwise expensive area, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a decent meal without breaking the bank.

We had breakfast here as we were staying in the Novotel hotel next door. Although arriving not long after they had opened at 7am we were ushered into the back of the restaurant, we noticed late comers were getting window seats, not a big problem but it would have been nice to have been offered to sit where we liked. After starting the very average items on offer my partner's glass of juice was moved over so they could take a table to add to another 4 to make a 6, the restaurant wasn't in any way full so we moved to a table behind ourselves. The buffet wasn't presented in a particularly appetising way, with cross contamination from a serving spoon which had been used for both eggs and mushrooms, not good if you have an allergy to one of them. The food wasn't brilliant for £17.50 per person, we had booked through the hotel, and looked cheap. We have previously eaten at a higher class restaurant for £16 each. The most worrying thing was leaving a bread knife out to cut baguettes etc. I actually saw a child using this and was horrified! Plus again the contamination as people were handling the bread constantly. Keepers may be ok for lunch and dinner, I haven't tried those, but for breakfast, yes you can Keep it!!

This place was across from my hotel. It looked nice inside, and I liked the idea of the honey from on site. However, from the moment we walked in, we were treated with everything from indifference to downright rudeness.

When we walked in the door, it was unclear whether we should seat ourselves. Finally, a server(busser?) asked why we were there. I said we were looking to eat and asked if we should seat ourselves. She said you can sit here or you can sit over there, and vaguely pointed, so we sat at a table. After a few minutes, a man in a suit comes hurrying over and basically asks us what we were doing there. I told him we were there for dinner. He asked if we were guests of the hotel, and I told him we were not. He finally said, "Okay, you can sit there."

Eventually, a waiter brought us menus. Eventually, he came back and took our order. The food came out quickly enough, and it was just okay. The waiter never asked if we wanted anything else (I did but gave up), and eventually, after I flagged him down, we got our bill.

Honestly, I was so angry after the way the manager(?) treated us, we should have left, and I wish we had. I don't understand the point of his rudeness and his questions. Is the restaurant only open to hotel guests? Maybe he should have asked if someone had seated me before he treated me like a trespasser. He was running around like it was busy, but the restaurant wasn't even half full, and none of the servers acted with any urgency. They just acted with apathy for the most part. If you want people to come to your restaurant, you can't accost them and make them feel like they have done something wrong. You have a lot to learn about customer service and hospitality.

To sum it up, rude or indifferent staff and mediocre food....

Went here with the team for an impromptu work lunch on a Wednesday. Not much atmosphere, very quiet but at least you can get a seat without having to book. The menu wasn’t very exciting but what you would expect from a place like this. I’m on a bit of a health kick and so ordered a superfood salad. It was really dismal. The superfood salad in the menu boasts of tenderstem broccoli, butternut squash, bulgar wheat but it came out and was mostly just leaves! Absolutely zero broccoli even though that is the first ingredient mentioned on the menu as if it’s the star of the show. I had 4 bits of mushy butternut and I had added a poached egg for £2.50 which came out hard boiled. It caused some amusement as my colleagues were having a chuckle at how sad this ‘flaccid’ (not my word but the word coined by the team) was! I seldom complain but did have to say something to the waiter and he didn’t really give much of an opinion but took it away. Bought it back 2 mins later and had chucked on a couple of bits more of butternut and a wad of pumpkin seeds to cover up the pathetic mess (still no broccoli- I’m convinced they actually didn’t have any in the kitchen) and I just accepted it as during the working day I didn’t have the time to sit there and send it back again. It was edible but rubbish. Would have had a heartier salad from pret. Won’t be returning and neither would any of the team. The rest of the team ordered burgers, fish and chips and a toastie with chips and all of them looked a lot more satisfying. I’ve learned my lesson not to bother to try and be healthy somewhere like this. I blame them though, just don’t have salad options on the menu if you’re not going to do it properly. The Natural Kitchen round the corner does wonderful salads so will be heading there...
