The Plaza Hotel — Hotel in London

Do not book this place it's a scam, arrived at the hotel to find lots of people waiting only to be told they had no place to stay or had not paid even though we all had confirmation of the payment and booking. Staff didn't know what was going on. One of the owners pretend to be a guest then just disappeared. No one could get hold of owner eventually got hold of him and said that he had called me two days ago to cancel my booking as I had not paid but I have proof the money had been take out of my account. Very bad place. No cleaning, toilet was worst the public toilets. Spell and mould in the rooms. Water leaking in the rooms. Bed was very small and mattress was useless and dirty. It’s a hostel not a hotel. Price is also high compared to this facility. Worst...
