Oh boy, I haven't eaten Little Caesar's Pizza in decades!", was exactly what I 1st thought when I rediscovered a local link near me looking for Domino's Pizza. I quickly drifted into warm, fond memories of good times having frequented there in the past. That all was shattered when the boy on the other end of the phone taking my order clearly hung-up on me! Now maybe he thought I was all through ordering I told myself, but it cut me off in mid-sentence, so even though I'd love to think he didn't, my logical mind knows he probably didn't. I noticed Little Caesars was blabbering in overtime on their hold music promoting their new app to order, so maybe I offended him by going all old-school on him without proper written authorization. I mean, the nerve of me just calling him up like that & forcing him to do all this for me I fleetingly thought to myself, until I realized isn't that what I'm paying for in the 1st place anyways, to avoid having to jump through a bunch of hoops just to enjoy a meal after a long day hard at work? I was really looking forward to that meal too. I feed my mom dinner every night. She has Alzheimer's & dementia. Fortunately destiny intervened on our behaves in what I can only assume was to become a disastrously tasteless event for us both, by demanding we remain loyal Domino's Pizza lovers for an Eternity +...
Read moreWe are in Albuquerque for Special Olympics Summer Games, our team ordered over $270 worth of pizza and had over $30 worth of screw ups. It is very difficult to go through that many pizzas in the store. We noticed the screw ups when we got back to the hotel. At this point when the athletes started opening boxes and realizing that we didn't get what they ordered we had to do hard-core damage control. When we called to try to get it fixed and hoping they will deliver us the right pizzas they said they werent going to do anything because we didnt bring the food back in. When they gave us the district managers number, Juan, he basically said he wasn't going to do anything because he gets scared so much, all we wanted was the problem to be fixed. We had parents calling and complaining and no one was willing to fix. Juan told a parent when she said that she would call corporate and BBB to do what she had to, she asked him do you have people with disabilities in your family because it's not that simple just to basically get over it. He yelled "Oh you are going to play that card?" We are a Special Olympics Team duh! Please don't support this location or any other that Juan runs. He is promoting hate and thinks it is ok to take advantage of people with disabilities. Corporate will be...
Read moreI went in to place a lunch order for my children today and left with empty hands. I ordered 3 extramostbestest pizzas and a crazy bread combo. I thought the cashier said that the total was $35.28. When I said that sounded wrong. He got agitated and snapped at me rudely saying, "What, $28.96 doesn't sound right?!" He proceeded to angrily repeatedly order back to me. I told him that he didn't have to be so rude. I just didn't hear him right. I'm deaf in one ear and sometimes have a hard time hearing. He turned around and walked away without telling me anything about my order. When I asked him about management he stated that he was the assistant manager. I told him I was shocked to hear that the way he was acting. He never apologized for snapping and losing his temper. Instead of making my order, he went on to what looked like employee training. Now I started to lose my temper. I asked for a refund and left after I realized that he wasn't going to stop being rude. I made it clear that I had a hearing problem and he continued to be rude. This location will never get my...
