Ok so letâs go to the point, we have tried different Dutch Bros locations in ABQ and this one it was our favorite one, yeah I said âit wasâ. They are always attentive and kind we do not have a problem about the customer service but about the waiting time to get assisted through the drive thru and the way some drinks are nothing as advertised. We wanted to try the new drinks âStrawberry Colada and the Blue Lagoon with strawberry fruitâ. After several minutes of waiting in the drive thru (just having 3 cars in front of us) we got assisted and when we received our drinks I couldnât believe the amount of strawberry fruit they put on both them, nothing like advertised!!! It looks just like a small spot in the middle of the drinks and thatâs it!! If they were almost out of the strawberry fruit they shouldâve let us know and we would understand because it looks like they scratch the last left overs of the fruit and put it in our drinks! I do not know if they are under staffed but only 3 people working itâs crazy, at least they should have 4! I understand due to that reason we waited too long in the drive thru, ok we get it but it is not fair for the employees nor the customers. This is a 3 star review just because in the past we have received better drinks and waiting less time in the drive thru. We are disappointed and not sure if we want to go back there. After today I wont be coming back to this location as the employee at the drive thru window was incredibly rude when I said my order had been taken wrong (I asked for two blended drinks but was given iced) I know it wouldâve taken 2 seconds for it to be remade but her rudeness made me want to just take the incorrect order. I found out after leaving the drive thru that not only were the drink types wrong but the flavors are all completely wrong for both drinks I ordered. I wanted to try out the new coffee shop next to my office, only 7 cars total in both lines, yet it takes 20 minutes for me to get my order. I guess they decided we donât need a menu to order, so first you need to download an app or rely on someone to explain the menu to you. I was just looking for another useless app to clog up my phone so thatâs perfect. Finally while they make you wait a frustratingly long time for your coffee, they entertain you with extremely loud static, as the music comes in and out to be replaced with static, loud enough that you can hear it well through a closed car window. Finally some internet posts have made it clear that the employees rely on tips, which I didnât feel was warranted after the service, and I just donât think Iâll be back to...
