Pet fees!! Poor layout. Average experience for above average costs. Large room with a poor setup for the bed - to get to one side, you have to slide sideways between the corner of the bed and the wall. Someone didn't think this through. HUGE CON - Although they allow themselves to be listed as pet friendly, they charge $100 extra... on a $150 room! So to have your dog with you, plan on adding 2/3 to the cost. Small peeve - what idiot thought greenish shampoo bottles with green lettering were a good idea? Look at the picture and quickly say which is shampoo, conditioner, or bath gel. Mark was pleasant upon check-in. Be aware that the front door is locked at 10 pm, so you have to buzz for help. Parking can fill up with trailers. Area looks a bit seedie. Breakfast was typical prepackaged things with limited made fresh. I noted they had extra condiments like red pepper flakes out for use. Coffee station was minimal, though. Honestly, we probably won't stay here again as the room isn't worth $300 a night. Other places are as nice and more reasonable with their pet fees.

I'm so incredibly disappointed in my stay here. It's the worst Residence Inn I've been to. The room is in great disrepair with carpet and furniture that have seen much better days. The main TV is seriously burned in. The hotel Wi-Fi has invalid certificates so attempting to connect securely fails. The bathroom drains are blocked, flooding your ankles in the shower. In the kitchenette, one of the glass panels in the cabinet door is so poorly secured it's going to fall on someone. The TV service guide is wrong (it thinks we're in Boston) and several channels are frozen and don't work. When we checked in, the room was full of the past occupants garbage and pillow cases were slung over the bedside lamps. The linens are well past their useful date and ripped in places. Huge hair balls are in the corners of the room. Big, poorly repaired drywall is in the room. Lastly, the included breakfast doesn't exist. No milk, no creamer for coffee or anything other than watery eggs.

I gave it 2 stars only because their personal its super friendly, and I mean everyone!!! From from desk all the way to hpusekeeper. If not I would of gave them 1 star or less if possible. Room was spacious and very comfy bed and couch. Room wasnt very clean but we didnt said anything cuz we arrived at 2am and just wanted to sleep unfortunately AC noise didnt let us sleep ( attached its a vid with noise) it made the noise like a rotary hammer, its was like 85° F so we really need to have on, called front desk and no one answered the phone, went down to lobby and no one was there.By 5 am we decided to try to turn it off wich was so difficult to til finally were able to. Slept a few hrs before leaving. Pool was out of service. Didnt had breakfast cuz pretty much that was during the time we were able to sleep. Wont recomend to stay here specially for the price, go across the street or even a motel 6 should b in better condition than this place.

Horrible management at this hotel. I’ve been a Marriott Titanium Member for 15 years. I’ve spent a cumulative 18 months living in Residence Inns in different parts of the country. This is the worst Residence Inn I’ve stayed in.

At check in, the front desk employee wouldn’t charge my card on file (my Marriott Bonvoy card) without seeing it. He made a whole big fuss about how it was “for my security”, even though I reminded him that if I was a “no show” they would charge the card on file without seeing it. I finally just told him I’d speak to the manager in the morning to sort it out, and he said aggressively “Well, why don’t we call her right now?” “Let’s call her. Her name is Lois” as he picked up the phone. He kept saying, “Come on, let’s call her.”

I went out to bring my things in, and as I walked by the front desk, he was clearly on the phone with Lois and I heard him say “Just so you know that’s coming in the morning.”

Got into the room, unpacked and it was 78 degrees. Waited 30 minutes and the temperature wasn’t going down. Went to talk to the front desk employee again and he said “We’ll have to change your room.” No sorry, nothing. Clearly, he knew there was a problem with the air conditioning, but didn’t offer help moving, nor an apology. We RE-PACKED again, I had to go back to the front desk to get the new key (he couldn’t even run it upstairs), and then we moved to the other room.

By the way, this was on my husband’s birthday. So, we literally interrupted opening presents to move rooms.

From about 5pm until at least 10pm, the same male front desk employee was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone! I’m not kidding! He was there from the time we moved to the second room and still there at 9:45pm when I got back from picking up pizza. He was not behind the front desk, just sitting in the lobby wearing his mask playing on his phone.

Next day, we asked for a late check out at 3pm as Titanium members and were denied. They said the housekeepers “needed to go home”. I said “You don’t have a single other 2-bedroom room available for other guests?” They said no, the hotel is “totally full tonight”. Sorry, but I call “bull”. I’ve been in enough Residence Inns to know that was a lie. It’s a Tuesday. And it’s a 2-bedroom - which are less often booked than other rooms. I went on Marriott’s website and, lo and behold, there are 2-bedrooms available… meaning there’s at least one other available now that’s not booked.

Management makes all the difference and this location fails across the board. Very...

  • Update* (when we checked out I expressed our disappointment about the smell of marijuana throughout our room coming from elsewhere. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if this was indeed still a non-smoking facility and he explained that it still happens. The staff at the hotel was uninterested in our bad experience until I left this review. It was them that they reached out and wanted me to contact them ) We have stayed here many times in the past and this will be our last sadly. We chose this location because they have a great grassy area, and we travel with our dog. We have had many positive experiences here in the past, but it seems like things have changed at this location. I think the hundred dollar a night dog fee plus the extra five dollar pet fee is rather high. When we came through two or three weeks ago and stayed here, I had nothing but great things to say about the front desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful when they gave us the key to a room that had no sheets or bedding on the mattress and dirty linen on the sofa. They quickly gave us another room which was acceptable. This time we didn't get friendly at the front desk at all. The straw that broke the camel's back, though it was just as we were settling in to go to sleep, our room was filled with smoky, weed smell coming through the vents from a room nearby. When I called to complain to the front desk, he told me that we have individual vents . He sent a maintenance guy down who told me differently. He told me the rooms are all interconnected and that we share air with nearby rooms. When we asked to switch rooms, they gave us the key to the room next-door which smelled like cigarettes. Supposedly this is a non-smoking property? we asked again for a different room on another floor and my husband went up there and it smelled like nasty greasy food. We decided to stay in the smelly weed room with our windows slightly open even though it's on the first floor and we don't feel totally safe doing so. The breakfast here is a bust not what you would expect for the price you pay for rooms. For just under $300 a night with her dog, we will go across the street to Sleep Inn next time. We can stay there with our dog for about a third of the price and they have a good breakfast and...

Can’t in good conscience recommend this RI. It isn’t bad but isn’t ideal for business travelers. 10 day stay on business.

WiFi is completely useless for any business calls on Teams, Skype for B, etc. between 4pm and midnight. The best you can do is emails with small files. Websites stall and telecons are choppy and frustrating. Weekend days weren’t much better. Water pressure is weak and the spout has tons of buildup so water spraying on walls and ceiling but not down on you. The soap is mounted pretty high which means stepping on the side of wet tub to use it. Two bags of coffee for 10 day stay. Yes I went to FD but they were out. No cork screws or bottle opener. Yes I went FD he said he doesn’t have one. (This is an apartment style property with kitchen— at 4’11” I couldn’t reach most of the cabinets without chair). Super high. Parking lot — drug needles next to my car a couple of times (early morning departure) made me nervous. Never got to have breakfast bc I needed to be on site before it opened. Kitchen appliances are worn down or broken. Cut my hand open bc slide bar on dishwasher was broken and bare metal exposed. Ice maker is broken in refrigerator. No ice machines but FD does have bags of ice. FP is nice but timer shuts it off 15 mins. An hour would be nice. Not sure what was with the room temp controller but bedroom temp was always warm and front room chilly. Elevator scared the bejesus out of me. Makes a big drop and thud every floor change. Took the stairs after the first day.

Don’t know if this is old hotel or new (taken over by M) one that is still being updated but me thinks this is...
