We (couple) stayed here for a few nights. We've been to other hotels/airbnb in the area in the past. I'm quite sad to give this hotel a 3/5 because the service and location were excellent - we interfaced with multiple staff members during our stay and every one of them was so pleasant and attentive. The issues we had with our room though, would make me think hard before booking here again in the future.

The hotel is located walking distance from Disneyland (about 10 minutes) and the walk itself feels relatively short and effortless. There are several fast food chains between Disney and the hotel as well for easy access to on-the-go snacks/drinks between.

The hotel feels modern and clean. We chose not to drive (valet parking only), and walked or used ride share (there is an easy roundabout in front of the hotel entrance for pick up). The hotel was kind enough to allow a bag hold until we could check in at 4pm. We were surprised the hotel did not have safety features like key carded entry or elevators but the area generally felt safe and there were staff at the front every time we were in the lobby, even at odd hours. The room was spacious with lots of storage. The kitchenette was nice to have with a fridge/freezer. The shower water pressure was not great, but not awful - the shower head is very high up creating a rainfall type effect. The room/hallways were fairly quiet. Our highway facing room had an acceptable level of street noise (not completely soundproof but good enough).

There is included breakfast on the 2nd floor from 630a-930a. There were a good amount of food options including 3 waffle makers, cereal, hot breakfast (some form of eggs, meat, potatoes, biscuits), toast and bagels with ample toppings bar. There were not very many grab and go options like other hotels (i.e. pastries, single serving yogurts, etc.). There is a restaurant on site that provides room service (we did not try it but it was a nice amenity to have), as well as a 24/7 snack shop that was well stocked with many options.

Now for the down sides... This hotel, like many others has the unfortunate bathroom barn door situation which leaves gaps around the edges and is not at all sound proof. There is no daily housekeeping, not even trash removal or towel changes (I assume we could have requested this but we did not). I'm not convinced the beds are queen sized, feels a little smaller closer to a full/double but unable to confirm with measurements. We had 2 maintenance issues with our room during our stay - in the first room, the AC was making odd grinding noises intermittently that made it difficult to sleep at night. The front desk was very helpful and maintenance arrived promptly after reporting it. Unfortunately, they were unable to figure out the problem and got us another room. In the second room, we noticed it was difficult to get hot water - sometimes having to run the shower for 5-10 minutes until the water was warm (but was never "hot" the way it should be at the hottest setting). This occurred both at night and in the morning. It made us quite nervous as a hot shower is a must when we're out all day at the parks. Again, the front desk was very quick to respond, and sent maintenance up right away (the front desk also mentioned the hotel was full and unable to change rooms) - maintenance said it could be due to high demand on the hot water system (too many guests using water at the same time). The water temperature never improved after the maintenance visit, but we found running the shower for a while before needing to use it seemed to be OK.

Overall, an excellent location with great staff but the rooms are a bit...

My experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate communication from the staff. We arrived very late, past midnight, with our baby, a stroller, and several pieces of luggage. Initially, the front desk staff, including a gentleman named Luis, greeted us warmly, but their attitude quickly changed during the check-in process.

I politely asked if they could assist us with our luggage, given our situation, and the person who checked Us in assured me they could. However, after completing check-in and heading to our room, we found hair on the bed linens and fingerprints on the mirror. We immediately called the front desk, and they offered to move us to another room—but insisted that I come downstairs to get the new key, adding to our exhaustion.

In the new room, I went to use the restroom and again found hair in the bathtub. When I reported this, a staff member “Luis” arrived, dismissively removed the hair, and asked if I needed anything else before leaving abruptly.

I also inquired again about the promised luggage assistance, only to be told by Luis that they could no longer help, and that they never do that, After waiting nearly 50 minutes, I finally went downstairs myself to get our luggage while the staff stood at the front desk chatting among themselves, showing complete disregard for the situation.

Additionally, during the check-in process, important hotel information was barely covered. I was never informed about how valet parking works; We have to figured out how it works, where breakfast is located, or any other basic hotel details. The information provided was very mediocre and lacked the thoroughness expected from a hotel of this standard.

The next day, I shared my experience with the manager on duty during check-out. She was very professional, understanding, and apologetic. Although I made it clear that I wasn’t looking for compensation, she kindly offered to waive our parking fee as a gesture of goodwill. While I appreciated her response, it did not change the fact that the front desk staff’s service at this location was far below expectations and highly unprofessional.

I left with a bitter feeling and serious concerns about the cleanliness, communication, and overall service standards of this hotel. Based on this experience, I would not recommend...

The hotel was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for! We had a large family group (4 rooms) and everyone loved this hotel... I don't think we had a single complaint from anyone during our 5 night stay. Here is everything we enjoyed: The staff were very friendly our entire stay. They were very accommodating of all of our questions and requests at check-in and any other time during our stay. We came to the hotel prior to the check-in time and they were very apologetic that our rooms weren't ready yet... and I'm like... no sweat... we're here early! They did their magic and got us into our rooms within 15 minutes. The rooms (we had 4) were all very clean, the AC worked great, the large fridge was soooo nice to have. The wifi was fast. The beds were comfortable. Again, no complaints. The pool area and hot tub were larger than I was expecting and very clean. I wish we had planned more time out there since it was so nice. The splash pad was working during the heat even though they said it would be turned off. That was great for the kids. The location is really close to Disneyland. We pushed a stroller to and from Disney every day and it was a breeze. We all agreed that avoiding shuttles was a big bonus. There is a Walmart close by to grab food to take with you and store in the room. We packed lunchables and uncrustables etc, that saved a lot of money and the kids enjoyed them more than the kids options at the parks. Breakfast offered plenty of options that rotated every day. I was worried that the breakfast area would be overrun with people, but there was plenty of space and plenty of food. I read some reviews that people were disappointed with breakfast so I was worried. After our first meal, those fears washed away... we all found food we liked each day and it was a quick and easy way to start each day. Parking was a breeze. I have never been one to pay for Valet, or really pay for parking in general. It is pricey, but they did a great job getting our cars quickly whenever we needed them. It did add some extra laziness to our vacation to have someone get our car and park it for us, we're not usually so fancy... haha.

Overall, as you can tell, we had a great time and we will plan on coming back if/when we can go to Disneyland...
