0/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. Our reservations were from Sunday-Tuesday and basically every employee we interacted with had a terrible attitude and ridiculously rude. The Hilton Hotel staff were absolutely awful- we were promised we could check in early but when we arrived at 10am, the asst. manager was verrrry snotty and we didn’t get checked in until 3:30pm because they also promised the departing guests a 1pm check-out. (We’re very easy going people, if they weren’t able to accommodate an early check-in —no big deal. Just tell us that and we could have planned our morning differently.) We had a very stylish suite but it was filthy! And the mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. There was pizza crust on the floor and crumbs all over the carpet and couch, along with whiskers in the sink. Unimpressed. We had a 12pm checkout and the house keepers were literally waiting outside our door and knocked every 5 mins starting at 11:15. The manager called us twice threatening to charge us a for another night. (All happened between 11am- 12pm) Then, when we walked out of our room at 12:10pm the hotel manager was waiting outside our door (very wierd and awkward) She was very aggressive and accused us of being rude to her staff (we were not). Very unprofessional. It was so outrageous, I’m still in disbelief. Very toxic environment. Ohh and, Tammy at Marco’s pizza should be fired. She had such a bad attitude it made us so uncomfortable. My hubby and I own a bar and have been in the hospitality business our whole lives. We’re also Hilton Honors members and love traveling. This is by far, THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE’VE EVER HAD.

Really enjoyed a recent stay in April 2025 at the Doubletree by Hilton at Cadillac Jack’s. Went with my partner and his mum and dad. Fun casino with the usual flashy and fancy machines but was so determined to get my clan around the craps table which we managed one night. Mum in law at the roulette table didn’t realise that pressing the button to make a bet does not cancel the bet - but increases it further. Haha. Father in law stuck to one machine cos he likes the handle pulling aspect. It’s a modern hotel stay but still great location near the fantastic Days of ‘76 museum but also a short walk up to Old Town. Lovely staff generally and the bar staff were really cool 🙏

Stayed from December 23 to December 26. Casino is very tiny, but clean. A decent variation of machines and table games. 2 bars, plus one in the connecting hotel. Drink prices were reasonable, if you did not want the well free drinks or tiny draft beers. The room was awesome on the 4th floor. Pillow were meh, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. You can use free play and food and drink credits daily. Bit just once Flyt restaurant was medocire at best. The cheese board was sloppy and weird. Underthe blueberries there were kamala olives. Cheese was decent, meat was chunky and grocery store quality. Drinks were watered down and basic.

I ate at the restaurant and ordered a cheese burger plain and dry then waited about 25 or 30 minutes in an empty restaurant and when I received it it had everything on it so I told the waiter and he questioned me asking me if I like lettus, tomato, pickles, etc. and I said no and sent it back. Then about 30 seconds later he brought out a cheese burger plain and dry I then thought to myself how could it take half an hour to make one burger and thirty seconds to make another? Being a cheese burger connoisseur I knew what trick they had pulled so I took the top bun off and saw the indentions of the pickle in the cheese and could smell the tomatoes on the bun, so I sent it back again because I have a disorder that would cause me to get very sick if I ate those ingredients, so the waiter took it back and as soon as he walked in the kitchen I could hear the chef yell "Are you serious?" and continue complaining I couldn't believe it so I asked the waiter if what I heard was true and he began to stutter and was really shocked then told me everything was ok and there was no problem. I knew there was a problem but I waited almost an hour to eat and it being the rally weekend I knew this was my best bet in getting food now, so I ate my poor tasting $14 burger paid and filled out their "score card" and instead of giving it to the waiter where I knew it would be thrown away I took it to the front desk of the hotel where the hostess apologized and was going to get her boss, when she came back she told me her boss was in a meeting and took my name and phone number so they can "take care of me" and apologize. But its been a week and I have not received a call, so in one meal I was served the wrong food 2x lied too 2x and ate a burger that I couldn't taste the meat of. There are way too many choices of restaurants in Deadwood to be treated like that and be lied too...

I would like to begin by saying that i have stayed here maybe 5 times over the year some times in the spring hill suites and a time in the double tree and all those other times i didn't have one complaint, but for some reason this experience last night leading all the way through checkout was horrible. confirmation #92764041

earlier yesterday I called the double tree reservations and made a reservation and during this conversation I specifically asked if I didn't want to park in the underground parking would i have to pay the 14.95 parking fee.

Later after checking in we then proceeded to go to guadalajaras, I tell you no lie, I have only seen this type of stuff in movies. WE FOUND GLASS IN MY SONS FOOD!!!!!!!!!! !! After bringing it to the gentlemen hosts attention. He went to the back and came out saying they found the guilty party and it was a glass bowl with glass bumps on the bottom and one had broken off. I was totally understanding at this point. He comped my son meal only. I still was cool, calm , and collected. I didn't want anything free, but if that's what he wanted to do thank you.

After all this when i went to check out with a Ms Zoe or however you spell it at the double tree desk would not hear my reasoning with the parking fee. She just tried to explain the situation by checking on reservation and then explained the discount card was to off set the parking fee.

Look I didn't come to this casino to get free stuff. I just want this place to operate exactly as its supposed to and do what is agreed upon, and the parking fee was just the cherry on the cake. If my son would have ingested that glass the size of a dime with sharp edges he could of died. But yall got your parking fee...
