Well, we so desperately wanted to reenact the moment in Elf where Buddy says "congratulations you did it!' Referring to the sign outside the Diner about the World's best cup of coffee

We could not in good faith make the same proclamation about the town's best #bloodymary 🙄 at the #NuggetSaloon

Having had one the night before at the Buffalo Bodega, all though it didn't have as many garnishes, it had a better flavor.

Our server /bartender wasn't pleasant, kind of rude and at $11 a bloody (that is in fact NOT the town's best) we decided to head out immediately after finishing the drink.

👉Note for improvement: don't put a wilty, soggy asparagus spear in the bloody. Try blanching the asparagus. It will give it more structure & more flavor.

A group of us from out of town decided to go here because we heard they had great pizza and bloody Marys (which they did!), however, the service was a bit off...

Two waiters tried to do the "memorize your order" thing, which was cool but they forgot everything we said. They gave my friend an order sheet and we all had to write down what we got and hand it back to him. There were six of us, so it's a big order but it was kind of weird. We did spill a drink and the lady with pink hair came to clean our mess and was super nice about it at least, but the table had no napkins, or silverware. It seemed a bit weird also that we were the only people being served with plastic cups and paper plates. It wasn't too eco-friendly for a table of six of us.

Also a couple of my chicken wings were bloody. They were super great about not having me pay for that AND they gave me a free drink for the trouble. That was good service on their part, but the actual food was just O.K. Not sure if I would recommend this place unless it was for the pizza or the $10...

We stopped for pizza at the Nugget Saloon on 9/22/23. We arrived at around 6:45 pm. We had tickets for a ghost tour at 8:30 pm but figured we had plenty of time to eat dinner beforehand. I ordered a Wild Bill pizza and a basket of French fries. The place wasn't overly busy, but there were plenty of people there. I had to prepay for my food to the tune of $47.00. We finally received our basket of fries 45 minutes later at 7:30 pm. Still no pizza. A half hour later at 8 pm, we still hadn't received our pizza, and neither had anyone else. We all complained but still no pizza at 8:15 pm. We had to leave due to our ghost tour reservation, so I basically paid $47.00 for a basket of mediocre French fries. I never received my pizza or a refund. Nobody at this place seemed to care that people had paid for food that they weren't getting. The service at the Nugget Saloon is awful.
