When I pay over $5 for a drink I don’t expect it to be all ice! Since I wasn’t planning on drinking the drink right away (as I’d just picked up breakfast and this golden turmeric drink I planned to drink at dinner time) I decided to take the ice out so it wasn’t all watered down later. To my surprise I discovered that there’s not even half of the actual drink in the cup it’s all ice!!!! When I called I asked exactly how much of the actual drink is put into this 16 oz cup... (I’m pretty sure Starbucks has a recipe that says exactly how much they are suppose to put in each cup! )Yet she didn’t seem to know she just kept telling me ā€œyou can request light ice or no ice... which was not the question I asked so, I again asked how much of the drink do you put into the 16 oz cup............. still no answer I’m again told that they just put in ice if you don’t want alot of ice you can order no ice or lite ice and we can make it that way for you! Well considering I’m now at home it’s a bit late to order no ice or lite ice isn’t it! So I breakout my handy measuring cup too see just how much golden drink is in my 16oz cup and I find that there is only 6.5 oz of actual drink and given the fact that it took me 10 minutes to drive home I’d say a bit of ice melted in there so they prob only put in what 5-6 oz in a 16 oz cup! that averages out to be approximately a dollar an ounce! So is this a concentrate that need extra ice to mix it? And if so why didn’t they say that and if that’s the case why would you be allowed to take less ice would that amount to just syrup in a cup? Needless to say people if u order this drink order with no ice and then get a cup of ice on the side! Because while it’s a golden drink and it’s pretty tasty it’s not gold $1 oz would be a bit much! I gave three stars because The drive thru cashier was very kind and courteous, and the fact that I’ve been here before I know the drinks are always good it’s Starbucks after all but now I know whatever drinks I get I’ll always be ordering no ice or lite ice! Cause these days (especially now) I want my money’s worth!

3/9/24- First off this place is horrible to get into. They have this whole corner parking lit area super messed up. Everything from one way streets to having the road blocked off at one point with poles. We nearly gave up because of how much of a mess this area is due to these bad decisions about the parking lot. If you are not familiar with the area I would just recommend to avoid. Second the lavender drink we got was not good. I understand that the staff can only do what they can with the recipes, but whoever comes up with them doesn't know what they are doing. The drink instead of using a lavender syrup uses a lavender powder. This powder tastes soapy which lavender syrups don't. This means that the person that designed these drinks had no idea about the different coffee related products out on the market. Just not a good experience overall. The one good thing I can say about this location is that they do have low top tables with chairs that can handle larger frames.

Over the past several months EVERY Starbucks I’ve visited hasn’t included the five pumps of vanilla syrup in the London Fog Latte. I decided it’s best to not order ahead and wait in the drive thru line to mention it (sad but true). No problems until today. First of all the young lady who took my order wasn’t polite and acted annoyed when I mentioned the syrup. When I went to pick up the drink it wasn’t even full. I took a drink to realize NO VANILLA SYRUP. Had to drive all the way back to receive confusion as to what I wanted fixed. My God.

I'm not usually one to complain but I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed after my visit this morning. I chose to go inside to order since the drive thru line was insane. I placed my order at 7:49am and got a breakfast sandwich and a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. It only took a couple of minutes for me to get my sandwich. And then I stood there and watched as everyone that had ordered after I did get their drinks before me. The lady who made my drink had put it in the blender and then forgot about it. I was then the only customer in the store and it wasn't until another employee asked the lady about the drink in the blender. She then realized she forgot about it and then finished my drink. 14 minutes after placing my order I finally got my drink. There was no extra caramel and since it sat in the blender, it was not longer icy, just watered down. By the time I got to my work, which is only like 3 minutes away from this Starbucks, my sandwich was barely warm. I understand that they were busy and again I'm not usually one to complain, but maybe have more employees scheduled to work so you don't get so behind? A watered down frapp and a cold breakfast sandwich. What a great way to...

Ordered ahead through the app. Once I arrived I set curbside check in (because I forgot my mask). The order said it was ready- Waited 10 minutes, nothing. Reset curbside check in, waited another 10 minutes, nothing.

I went in, without a mask, my order was sitting on the counter, cold. Grabbed it, went out to my car to change my tip to zero. I couldn't because someone in the store watched me pick up my order and checked it as soon as I picked it up. Shady.

They were not busy, other than drive-thru and even if they were 20 minutes should have been enough time. Nor sure if the employees didn't feel like going outside or wanted to punish people for curbside? Was my first time trying it since it was my first time forgetting my mask. So I don't know if that's typical for curbside.

Summary- they made me wait 20 minutes while my order got cold, then accepted and processed my order in the 30 seconds it took me to walk out to my car so they were watching me.

Last time going to this...
