The best part of this hotel is its location and the extensive amenities the resort offers. It’s within walking distance to nearby stores, but also has its own beach, pool, shops, and on-site restaurants, including a Starbucks and even a tattoo parlor. While the amenities were impressive, the room itself felt dated—the bathroom had a funky smell from the water, and the sink showed visible rust. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were overly soft, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Overall, the wide range of amenities made the stay enjoyable despite the room’s shortcomings.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu is a fantastic choice for families traveling with young children, offering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. the pools are awesome the beach is awesome. we stayed in the diamond head tower which is the oldest part of the hotel the rooms are spacious and have a decent view but the decor and finishes are a bit dated. this did not change the amazing experience we had -1 star for having $50 stolen from my belongings whilst at one of the pools. not the hotels fault unless it was staff?

Outside of the location, meaning beachfront hawaii. There is absolutely nothing special about the hotel. There was not even a microwave in my room. This of course forced eationg out or ordering in room service. The cabinet door was broken, and there was a device hidden in the room. Not sure if it was to secretly catch smokers but in this day and age it came off as a hidden camera.

My first time in this tower. It's certainly not on par with the others in the resort. It is certainly obvious that has been a lack of investment: Bathroom is dated. Rooms were not the level of cleanliness I expect from Hilton. Lack of USB ports for PDA's. No wifi 6 mesh support so the wifi on your device has to be reset for the beach AP. Guest have to pickup bottles of water from the concierge so that they can pitch you tour trips. Every other Hilton I've been to replenish water in the room on a daily basis.

$50/day resort fee gets you squat. You still have to pay exorbitant fees for beach umbrella/chair rentals and $57/day for parking. Although they give a 50% discount if it's more than 2 days. TIP: make several single day car rental reservations and don't pay for parking. Obviously understaffed as reflected in staff attitudes. Perhaps the best swimming/wading beach in Waikiki although not well groomed. I don't think Hilton is responsible for...

I was a bit disappointed in the room. This tower does not allow delivery from anywhere but 1 store. This store is only open for a few hrs at breakfast and a few more at dinner. There is no microwave so can't buy food to heat up later. This may be fitting for a motel 6 but for the cost of a Hilton, and at a luxury resort, I expect atleast a microwave if not 24hr room service. However that is my only complaint. Housekeeping was very accommodating even asking daily what time would be good for them to clean. The view was amazing and every member of the staff I came in contact with...
