Room was great. Service folks were great. The reason for the 4 stars is they discontinued valet parking at the lobby. You can valet, in the Hilton Hawaiian Village main entrance, which is about a 7-10 minute walk, which is not the point of valet parking. I know this seems like a small issue but when you are out all day doing things and get home (at the equivalent of 3 am) with your parents who are in at least their mid 60s, the last thing you want is them to have to walk back from parking. We dropped them off but there were times they didnโt want us to. We ended up parking at the Hale Koa garage across the street, which was a shorter walk and where MONTHLY parking (for our 5-6 night stay) saved us about $150 over the Hilton self park and more over valet, despite being closer to the actual hotel. Additionally, this is not a place that DoorDash knows how to find and we had problems every time we ordered, even using the correct address for the specific building because you have to go up a ramp to find the lobby drop off and it is not marked well. Additionally they use the elevator system where you pick your floor and it assigned but only have 4 elevators. This caused issues where your assigned elevator was full when it got to you and youโd have to request and wait again. Hilton uses the same system with more elevators in Vegas at Elara and we never have this issue. Also Friday fireworks caused a large line to get an elevator so avoid getting back at 8pm on fridays. Other than that the room was nice but be warned the shower is a rain fall head only, which is not something that gives enough...

An older man working the towels at the pool embarrassed me and started accusing me of taking pool towels to my room for personal use. First of all, I am a paying guest, and my room has a laundry and washer. I can also call house keeping if I need more towels. He stated I should call housekeeping if I need towels. All week no one has gave me an issue with taking a stupid pool towel out of the pool area. Isint that the purpose of towel cards ?? Only this man, has the worst service, also asked me what room I was in, and questioned me as if I was a thief. Very...
