I am not going to lie. I am a Lugar fan, whether Mayor Lugar, Senator Lugar, Professor Lugar or Mr. Lugar. Full disclosure.
But whatever you think of the legacy of Richard Lugar, it is hard to deny that he was an impactful person (for better or worse, you can decide).

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe past few days I've been greeted by a head groundskeeper stating that I am not allowed to walk my dog in the plaza because they are trying to get the grass in better shape. This directly contradicts the plaque with the plaza rules that welcomes dogs on leashes. There isn't any sort of signage, temporary or otherwise, stating that dogs are no longer allowed.
