The fitting rooms are always closed. The excuse this time for fitting rooms being closed is they received a shipment and the rooms are full of boxes. This happens all the time at this location and I shop here frequently. It's a hassle to have to purchase a bunch of items just to return them which is an inconvenience for customers.
The manager, whose name I believe to be Juan, is exceedingly rude and unpleasant and doesn't even recognize your presence. Upon asking him about fitting rooms he responded in a sarcastic and snotty way. Additionally, I believe he discriminates against customers based on ethnicity and creates racial profiles of them. It appears as though he finds your presence in the shop to be a burden. I suppose that once you become a manager, you can do whatever you want and treat your customers badly without facing any repercussions. Management has a poor attitude and both him and some staff come off as lazy, incompetent, and unappreciative of employment at this establishment. Their interactions and communication with customers clearly reflect this.
This location is consistently unprepared, and it's just a terrible experience overall. They lack great customer service, no greeting guests, and no warm welcoming smile. Instead, the staff appears to look miserable. Not to mention the incredible long lines.

Read moreI had the worst experience a costumer could ever have at Zara store today. I went for the sale and at the moment that I was going to pay there was a pair of jeans that apparently wasn’t part of the sale. It’s fine it happens so I told the cashier I was not going to take them to please take it out some how she ring it twice so my total went off the chart before I paid I ask her if it was anyway I could see the items list before I paid wich sh completely deny so I had to pay first just for then see on my bill that I had pay twice for an item I didn’t have so I proceed to ask for a refund wich they said it would show right away and after waiting for like 15 minutes for my money to comeback to my account I decided to ask for a manager to speak to. Who was so rude that not even wanted to talk to me and basically just ask the cashier what was going on and scream from the distance that it would take 3 to 4 business days for my money to go back to my account. So I ask her to please check out an other jeans I had pick cuz now I had waist so much time she was so rude I ask for her name and she denied to give me her name so then as I was trying to pay for the new pair of jeans I ask the girl to please let me speak to the store manager who she said it was there and supposedly she had called for me and after no more than 5 minutes she said that Ms. Anáis was not available so all what I accomplished there today was lost 150 dollars that may or may not go back to my account in 3 to 4 business days and meet with some rude young manager who decided I had time to waist for no customer service or not...
Read moreUPDATE: Nov. 2022. I had to do any update. The store did open up one fitting room. Congrats. So we were in line checking out. They only had 2 cash registers open in the entire store. They were suuuuppppeeerrrr slow, to the point there were about 7 people ahead of me and about 15 people behind me and not once they the cashiers look up to acknowledged how long the line was. Yes, there were other employees who did see the line but continued to do their other work, which I'm trying to figure out what that is since the store is a mess. I don't know what system they have but Zara cashiers are always slow at ringing up 1 item, putting it in the bag, having the customer pay, etc... At this point 1 customer was taking up soo much time with one cashier (probably like 10-15 mins) that we basically had to wait for the other cashier who was taking an average or 2-5 mins per customer. Why didn't they open another cashier or 2 more?
Store is a little bit of a mess. Things are unorganized.
