Absolutely appalling experience. While I was placing a mobile order from the parking lot before heading into New York, my pregnant wife went inside to use the restroom. As she entered, a young child politely held the door open for her. Suddenly, a female staff memberâan African American womanâran from behind the counter and aggressively told my wife she couldn't use the bathroom unless she made a purchase.
My wife calmly explained that we were placing an order. Instead of showing understanding, the staff member refused to listen, dismissing the situation entirely. When my wife pointed out she was pregnant, the worker callously responded, "I don't care." Then, without provocation, she accused my wife of being racist.
Let me be clear: my wife is not Caucasianâshe is brownâand even if she were, that would not justify this kind of treatment. Her appearance shouldnât trigger anyoneâs assumptions. This encounter was offensive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

   Read moreThis location is the worst! This is supposed to be a 24 hour location but at 5am theyâre closed. Sat in the drive thru no one came to tell me until I pulled around to the window (this had happened on numerous occasions). Went through the drive thru late night and ordered 2 (8) pc of the firery spicy nuggets which are my favorite, which I really had a taste for and desired. Got home and I had (2) orders of regular nuggets. Week later went through the drive thru for breakfast and ordered 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches and specifically asked for ham, egg croissant. When I got to work I had 1 ham, egg and 1 sausage, egg croissant. I donât like BK sausage it makes me sick. So I only ended up with one croissant sandwich. Trying to get through to the district manager is a nightmare, something has got to change about this location especially being high traffic near the holland tunnel. Who wants to get home or work and not have the correct order and if itâs late and the inside is closed...

Then for us to keep calling to get in contact with ya about a wrong order and not picking up. Then for you to say Burger King âainât all that, just get the refundâ when we go to get our order in person. Maybe the manager needs to get another job if it ainât all that. People pay for delivery and are working at a factory where the only fast food restaurant around for us is Burger King. The manager needs to be better. The fact that youâre telling us your franchise ainât all that is losing customers for the company and I would fire you if you were my manger at any of my locations.
