I was trying to find any books about wolves for a family member and the lady behind the counter was awesome in helping me with my task! She told me about a famous wolf here in Alaska and said there was even a book about him. But unfortunately it's a much sought after book that she didn't have any in stock at the time but she suggested I try a used bookstore that's nearby and they did have a copy. The lady at Hearthside Books went out of her way to help look for items and gave me great suggestions of books to look for! I highly recommend this place! The service a friendliness...

One of the best book shops I have been too and I have been to a lot! Is it the size or selection that made it? Nope! This small gem of a place knew their books not only by author but by trope, details and by plot. I am shamed that I don't remember the young persons name who helped us but they listed to what I had read, and put two excellent choices into my hands that have become favorites.
