Perfect for what I needed in a last minute stay. The price for the room is up front, rather than usual resort fee upon arrival. There is a charge for parking. Previous reviews state $20. I was offered parking for $30, so I passed on it. The room is perfect for what I need. The bed is firm but not uncomfortably so. The shower is large and can accommodate tall people. I love the small kitchen and half size fridge and freezer. And the location is perfect for me. Also I keep weird hours sometimes since I'm a night shifter, so the self check in process was also great for me. Also, I saw reviews that sound there was a lot of noise in this room. I sleep with a low level of music. I hear some noise, but nothing keeping me from sleeping. Maybe it's just because I'm used to noise when I sleep since I usually sleep during the day anyway. Didn't annoy me much. One thing that caught me off guard was this rule about towels. It states to not use any towel to remove make up. They will charge you for towels, bed sheets, and wash clothes.... which is their right but I wish I would have known about that policy up front so I could have bought a towel before my arrival. I have vividly dyed hair which tends to bleed occasionally on towele after a shower. I've never ruined a towel at home but if makeup is a problem, I'm over paranoid about my hair being a problem. Again, if I had realized the policy before, I think I could have been prepared and dealt with if. Luckily though they provided a hair dryer so I just had to take some extra time to be sure. I would and probably will stay here again. Just will be more prepared next time!

Gorgeous and well appointed cottage right in the centre of town - precisely where you need to be for Key West. Great value for money too. The cottage had a huge king-bed, en suite bathroom, kitchen, dining area and large lounge. There’s also good WiFi, a lovely porch and parking right outside the home. Across the road is a CVS for all the essentials (don’t go to the expensive little grocery store which charges tourists more!), also across the road is a bike hire place and a Cuban cafe next door. Duval Street is on the other side of the block, and the amazing waterfront is 15 minutes walk. You can also benefit from the little beach at the southernmost point which is less than 10 minutes walk from the cottage. Only constructive feedback is the communication from the owners wasn’t great - we didn’t get the door code until asking for it, and there’s very little information in the home so you have to do all your own research. Hopefully this review will provide useful information for anyone looking to book!

This was the absolute worst booking I have ever made in my entire life. I had problems from the beginning upon checking in. The air conditioner did not work well at all, the toilet would barely flush and became unusable, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, the property was left completely unlocked prior to checking in because the smart lock did not work, and then the main issue of there not being a smoke detector at all in the unit. I text the number given to my in the itinerary and let him know that I was leaving and not completing my stay. He didn’t respond until the afternoon the next day and would not give me a refund. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with this company.

If I could give this place negative 5 star reviews I would.

Let’s start with the lack of communication. We arrived at 2:00pm to drive by the place, as our checkin was at 3:30pm and we had not received any confirmation on how to access the property and no one was answering the provided phone number.

Upon arrival we realized there was no office to checkin on the property. We were luckily able to locate a maid on site and she advised us to call a number for the main office (as this number was not advertised and differed from the one listed online). Initially we were assured we would receive all details around 2:30pm via email. We decided to park off site and explore the city until we were able to check in.

We arrived back onsite at 3:30pm and the unit was not ready until well after 4pm- we arrived to an unlocked door with cleaning staff inside who did not speak any English.

At this point, we were still unable to park our vehicle at the on-site parking resulting in us paying additional off site parking fees. When we attempted to contact the online number and the number provided by the maid, we were rudely greeted by a different lady and told parking was not guaranteed and our only option was to try and find a spot on the street. The street is extremely over crowded and there is little to no parking. We had to pay $45 for offsite parking that only allowed us to park until 2am.

Inside the unit- the toilet barely flushes, there was no hot water, low shower pressure, and none of the outlets worked in the only bedroom of the 924 unit.

Avoid at all costs. This ruined our vacation. Would not recommend anyone...
