Market Place — Local services in Key West

I live in Key West and when we have visitors in I would always bring them to Marketplace because I love the quality of Items in store. Yesterday evening we had reservations a block from this store but we shopped before our reservation. It was raining and the lady said she would hold the bags so that we didn’t have to bring them to dinner and that she would be open till 11pm. It was a good gesture but when we were finished eating I ran back to the store in the pouring rain and noticed the doors were closed. Soak and wet, I was not happy. This morning I got some excuse that the electricity was out. I would have accepted an apology but didn’t get one. It was once my favorite store but I won’t be bringing my guest...

6-star customer service- my wife and I had left a crew neck that we had bought here in the keys, and they were kind enough to ship one to us (we covered cost of crewneck and shipping) without batting an eye! Thanks so much for helping us keep our Key West memories!

Right on Duval Street so the location is excellent, super cool vibe and eclectic. The merchandise is unique to the island and its themes. The staff is friendly and it’s air conditioned. Our family enjoyed it and it was fun to look around. They have some really cool stuff. Some good prices and some really expensive merch. We recommend just be ready to spend some money. Overall rating should be a 4.4-4.5 but no star...
