I love Baskin- Robbin's, in general. I've been going in their stores for so long. I raised my kids going to thier stores for special treats! My husband and I were excited to get an e-card for a special treat! I went into the Kingman, Az , Baskin Robin's, Stockton Hill Rd. I ordered and presented my ecard. I asked her how do I use this?? I've read the directions, but I'm not sure I get it, my 1st time. She informed me in a rude disgusted tune that she couldn't help me. I thought she was & she had the hand scanner. But, she said I owed her for my order! I paid and left. I called the company that issued the ecard the next morning. To my surprise, they said my ecard was totally spent. There wasn't anything I could do. I haven't been back to That BR! I have wanted to write the review. I guess there were things I could've done. I just thought whoever the clerk was having a bad day & couldn't afford a nice treat?? I'm still trying to have that thought. I know it's not much money! But! It's the fact she stole it from me!! If she reads this I hope you enjoyed it!! I can now move forward... I will take my new ecard , I got from playing games and take my husband for a treat.. I truly hope I can give 5 stars! Ps I know know how...

We only go to Baskin Robin's once every 3 or 4 years. But, when we do, we indulge. Of course the ice cream is awesome. We are older folks, so we don't care for Rap music. It was distracting. There was a new girl that dished my hubby's treat. The two scoops were 1/2 the size if mine, from the trainer lady. They were both very nice. The upholstery was still torn from 3 or 4 years ago. We will go back, in another...

Because of a recommended flavor, I was in the shop 4 times within 10 days. Here's what I have to say: Best real ice cream shop in Kingman! SUPER friendly EMPLOYEES!! Store and bathroom, CLEAN. Small parking area. I'm not sure if there's parking in back. Handicap accessible. Sits back between Chipotle Grill and Five Guys. Congested, high traffic area. "Love Potion #31",...
