Taco Bell — Restaurant in LaGrange

This is not my first time ordering from this location, it is definitely the worst I've had so far. There was only about 3 cars on the drive-threw and 2 cars parked, when I entered to get my pickup order no one was in the front. Barely even any communication in the back feom what i could see and hear. I stood by the pickup window for almost 10 minutes just being ignored, couldn't even get anyones attention. Then they stated infront of customers, that if we didnt like how "busy" they were that we could just leave. One of the drinks and side orders was wrong. Had gotten the cherry bliss freeze and they just handed me a cup and ignored me again, side order of cheesy fiesta potatoes with some things added on top, and they werent there. By the time i had gotten my food and drinks, they had locked the doors to prevent customers from coming in. There were only 2 cars in the drive-threw when i left and i had to help another customer come in for what i believe was another pickup order. Wasnt even that busy, and was completely brushed. Very disappointed and i most likely will not be coming back to...

I placed an order online while I was at Home depot shopping and when I got there someone was helping a customer at register so I had to wait to pick up my food. I waited about 8 mins and then she asked for my name and then told kitchen I was there. Then I waited another 8 mins and manager came out and said they had just started on my food. Then when I finally got my food she said that they longer pre-make online orders until the person arrives bc they had a bad experience before. I told her that the other Taco Bell does and if they don't they need to make people aware. I only ordered 6 items so it still should have only taken them 10 mins at most. And I told her I was very disappointed. She then walked away from me to speak to another customer and walked to my car and realized I had no fork so I had to walk back inside and she said oh I'm glad you came back in, I had to ask that lady something about her order but I wanted to give you these and handed me 2 free taco coupons for my next visit. Not sure if I will be going back to...

Place an order through the drive thru when I got around to pay handed my debit card to the cashier who then processed the card she then went to hand me the receipt and my card apparently realizing that she had charged me for something that I didn't order and instead of letting me know and giving me the cash back she chose not to give me the receipt and just give me my card when I asked for the receipts she hesitated giving me the receipt but went ahead and gave it to me. I got the receipt only to find out that they had charged me and wasn't gonna say anything I went in the store advised the cashier at the register and before she could even come look at the receipt they started getting the cash out of the register and saying I'm gonna give her a refund apparently knowingly that they had overcharged me. I'm very disappointed in this store and the fact that they tried to hide that they overcharged and did not would rectify the situation ahead of time. This is a brand new store but I can tell you I won't be back with customer...
