Since my roomate/friend gets out late from work, sometimes a bar seems like a good place to call it a day if you not fully hungry...but not ready to sleep yet. We went to MOA Bar since its a walking distance from our place. We got greeted properly and it was a bit empty so might have been the end of the night for them. Regardless we got a seat by the window that overlooks the corner of James Woods and Vermont...Not the best views but anyhoo, the tables and shelves are all plankwood to look all homey..reminds me of another place nearby. We ordered one of the three korean beers (a lil biased but eh) kloud. Good lighter lager. Our shrimp tempura just came out and my friend was relieved to see more than 4 pieces for 17 dollars (there were 9 great tasting pieces). We got another kloud and decided to head home. Sure, it is a bit pricey and im 90 percent certain they dont sell 7 dollar beers to all their patrons (just the non koreans) but all in all, an alright place.
