Upon arrival, we checked in smoothly, and the front desk offered us a late check out for 1pm at no additional cost. We are 2 quiet adults, and we were given probably the worst location for a room (212). We were on the second floor right above the stairway. We could hear everyone coming and going from the lobby as well as we could hear the phone ringing at the front desk from inside our room at 11pm. People were not considerate in the stairway. We used the fan in the AC unit to try to help drown out the noise. The room was relatively clean. Clean bedding. No weird odors in the room. The ceiling in the bathroom was gross. Aesthetically, seeing the plumbing next to the bathroom sink was also off-putting. There is an outlet in the bathroom within 3 ft of the sink that is not GFCI protected and is likely a code violation. TV in room could use updating. Just a basic tv with no guide or streaming services so you have to channel flip. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave as well as a small coffee maker. We did not use the pool. It is a bit too small for adults, especially if there are children already swimming in it. No hot tub is a bummer. The photos of the breakfast on their website as well as the hotels review photos are a bit misleading. There are less options than pictured. We stayed 2 nights. 2 waffle makers, 2 kinds of cereal, just bananas for fruit, 1 kind of yogurt, the bread case was very sad. It holds 3 trays and was 2/3s empty both days, only offering white bread, plain bagels, and mini lemon poppyseed muffins. On day 1 the hot case had scrambled eggs and biscuits with a crock of sausage gravy and on day 2 there was scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Nothing else changed. On day 2 the scrambled eggs were too soft and wet and the sausage patties seemed like they were just warmed up and needed browning. I would have liked to have seen more options in the bread case such a split muffin, flavored bagels, bread options, danishes of some sort and especially other kinds of flavored muffins like chocolate. Only 1 fruit option was very odd. As well as there not being string cheese or hard boiled eggs in the fridge. The breakfast dining area is small and tight. Trash can is in an awkward place and the breakfast could use checking in on more frequently as we seen other quests have to go get someone and tell them what they're out of. Hotel should take action on guests parking inappropriately. Trucks taking up 2 spots in front as well as semi trucks (without trailer) parking in the front instead of on the side. Should be a common courtesy thing but I guess not. Main issues was with our location of the room and the lackluster breakfast. Location of the hotel was good.

First off I would like to say that the staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional especially Ms Charlene and Mrs Tiara. Shoutout 2 Miss Charlene who made breakfast and had the eating room spotless! She made sure we had everything we needed and more! She went out of her way and made us waffles eggs and toast and also made sure everything was fresh! Thank you ms. Charlene!! Also shout out to Miss Tiara who was very professional and made our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible! She made sure we had everything we needed when we checked in and she went above and beyond with service! Other hotels around town should take notes because these people definitely set the standards for professionalism!! See you guys soon😎 definitely Jimmy Hillside Sr.

We checked into this hotel on the last day of 2024. Having stayed at this brand before and been very satisfied, we chose it again. Fortunately, there was a discount this time, making it very cost-effective. The hotel environment is excellent. My favorite feature is the coffee station at the front desk, which provides hot water! The towels in the room are also very new and thick! The breakfast is exceptional—abundant, high-quality, and very satisfying. Starting the first day of the new year with such a meal was a delightful experience. The staff were diligent, consistently ensuring the food was replenished and the seating area remained clean and tidy.Happy New Year!

Well I booked the room as I was in town for business and had to layover for the night. Check in was decent and that was nice. After that we'll the fun begins! I was in a queen room on the first floor to the left of the pool...115 I think. The carpets were filthy. And trash on the floors, as well as leftover trash in the trash cans in the room. Bed bug check was OK and good to go on that at least. I was left with less than a half a role of toilet paper, and its the super thin cheap stuff. And its like wiping with finishing sand paper! O well I was up working for 14 hours that day I just wanted a shower and a place to lay my head at that point. So I decided to take a shower. Water pressure was ehh... nothing to write home about! The shower was half assed cleaned but clean enough. Problem is as a person with disabilities was I believe there was still cleaner on the floor of the shower and it was so slick I was being very cautious with the weak water pressure turning in there. I was actually a 40 yr old man that was very concerned about falling. A thought I wasn't expecting to have for another 30 yrs or so. While in the shower my desk phone rang. I was busy still trying to keep my balance in the shower rink. Then someone (come find out the direct tv man) trying to come into my room while Im standing in the shower trying to wash myself! I got out starting drying off and the phone rings again. Im busy! So in a psycho ex girlfriend fashion calls right back. Then proceeds to ask me if I am staying another night. I said NO I l just checked in not even an hour ago. She then say's yeah it say's here you booked for one night and your still hear ,so are tou staying another night? A little frustrated I responded I just checked in not even an hour ago!!! I'm only staying tonight! Then she says well direct tv need to update that tv box. I said yeah he was already here and tried to come in once while I was in the shower. She then says well he needs in there to update that box, you want us to switch you rooms? I am really tired still not fully dried off yet. I said how long is he gonna be because eI still need to get dressed. She said o it'll be like 20 mins. I said fine. I made it to boxers on and my t shirt, bang bang, bang. Less than 1 min from the phone call to that point the cable guy was there. I said O de well I could care less at this point. Let him in do his thing went to sleep. O yeah had to blow my nose when I woke up and was gifted with "1" single tissue perfectly primped in the kleenax box. I then checked out at noon after I took a short 3 hr nap after working odd hours again and asked the girl at the front desk if I could vent my frustration which I did in a polite manner. I was going to stay a second night because my work went a little longer than expected. She asked after apologizing if she could have an opportunity to make it right. She said I was calling the manager and I'll let ya know what she says. I said im a forgiving person maybe I just got the short straw that day. Well 2 hours later and 1 attempted call and a second in which I got a return call back as well but no word from the manager. Well I went to best western. I was assured multiple times that the manager was going to call me first things Monday morning and she will make it right. I held off my review hoping to make this a joyus ending but as of the writing of this review I am no longer holding my breath on that call and why would she care. They got my money and Im out of town. So lesson learned won't stay there again just really on account of the lack of respect of the manager calling me as promised and if she didnt know thats a...

I arrived mid evening and the front desk staff was clearly there just for a paycheck. She greeted me with are you here to check in? Then proceeded to look for my reservation. It seemed like she was having a hard time so I offered my reservation number. And the attitude began. She slapped the paper down on the desk and spewed out the sign and initial the highlighted areas. And no parties. Well you don't look like you would anyways. Well I decided to take that as a compliment while I was trying to figure out what type of hotel I got myself reserved at. I then made my way up to my room. I'm a bit of a germaphobe due to covid so I begin to spray the room and pull back the blankets and notice that there is discoloration/ stain on the sheet. I call downstairs and explain the situation. She proceeds to ask if I want to check out and says there are no more rooms. Now I am really impressed with Ms. Personality. I ask if I can have a clea sheet. She says yeah but its probably clean. But if I want to come down to the front desk I can have one. OK. So I go down to get the sheet. Not sure why I bothered it did not fit so I go back down to request one that fits. She is no where to be found. I wait for about 5 minutes then give up. I go back upstairs proceed to remake my bed only to discover the flat sheet and comforter do not fit properly. Well I can deal with that. I decide to get a shower and as I was getting out of the shower I noticed that around the base of the toilet it is nasty. There is urine there and goodness knows what else. I don't even both trying to reach the front desk. The next morning I again go back downstairs for something figuring the lack of assistance from the previous night was just her. Nope. Again no staff. Now people are waiting and the front desk is no where to be found. The few times I did walk through and saw staff they all had the same look on their face. Its just a job and they are there for the pay check. So the ONLY reason they got 1 star was I could not go lower and the bed was comfortable. I would absolutely never...
