Pantera Rosa — Hotel in Miami Beach

We booked and pre-paid a 2-night stay at Pantera Rose and was placed in unit 5. While we appreciated being able to check-in early, the rest of our stay was very disappointing. The location of the apartment was very close to the beach, which was very convenient during the day. We were traveling with a 10 year old and the noise from the street was so disruptive and scary overnight that we left the next morning, forfeiting the money spent for another night and booked a room at another location which was much more comfortable and quiet. Conversations, yelling/screaming, music from cars, honking, and police response could all be heard from the bed in which we were trying to sleep. It was scary! I understand there is a vibrant night life here, but I wouldn’t associate the noise heard overnight to people having a good time. The water pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired and made showering pretty unpleasant. I wish the listing was more transparent, as I would never recommend staying at this location. This is an incredible place to stay. Amazing rooms, a lot of amenities and close to the beach and hot spots on South Beach. I stayed for three weeks and although they can make some minor improvements for longer stays, I would do it again. If you want you can cook all dishes in a great, fully stocked, kitchen. The bathroom is nice and clean and the bedroom is very comfy. I also worked there and they offer a great workplace. Their 27/4 online service is amazing, quick to respond and really did everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible could. A few days before my check-out I had some difficulties with the keypad on the door and because of that they gave me a complimentary late check-out.
