FL Cafe — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Very bad experience here. walked in and ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and panini to go. Server asks if I want the fries with my wrap I tell him yes as menu says all wraps come with fries. 15 minutes later he tells us he forgot what we wanted because someone was talking to him and asked what we ordered again. 45 minutes later the food comes out without French fries. When I told the other server mine was supposed to have fries she went and asked the other server who stated no it did not come with fries because it’s a salad.. yet he asked if I wanted the fries with it! Not to mention he charged me 17.95 plus 2.00 plus 3.50 for a Caesar wrap with chicken, yet their menu states that a chicken Caesar salad is 15 and their wraps are 12 with fries. Makes no sense that I was charged over 20 dollars, when confronting about the bill the server said come here I’ll show you on the computer why it’s that price. Finally, I asked the server for honey mustard, she states she threw ketchup in the bag also.. come to find out she did not do so.My wrap came out terrible, warm and soggy without dressing. FL Café might just be my new favorite spot in Miami! I had the Eggs Benedict along with a fish taco, and honestly, it was some of the best food I’ve had in a while. I went with my cousin, who ordered the Croque Monsieur—he said it was incredible. The vibe of the place is super charming, and the atmosphere felt just right. Apparently someone found the place "dirty" however when I went there with my cousin, the place was squeaky clean. Everything was really well maintained, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. I had no issues whatsoever, whether it's the remarkable service, the tasteful food, or the fact that the place was really taken care of, I’m definitely coming back soon! Thank you for the amazing experience I had in the FL Café, thank you for keeping the place clean and thank you, for providing me and my cousin a delicious/tasty meal. An impromptu stop for lunch and it was a great choice. The staff was very quick to get us seated and the food was all delicious and arrived hot to the tables. Husband had a burger that was exactly like you see in a magazine photo and he said a 10 in presentation and flavor! I opted for their chicken quesadilla and I also would give the flavor and presentation a 10. We sat outside which was so enjoyable. The sounds of the city busy with its people on the sidewalks, cars going by and just the atmosphere with being so close to the beach areas. Our server was Serik and we couldn’t have asked for better, he was professional, welcoming and attentive to see if we needed anything. Our bill was very reasonable even with the sales tax, beach tax and service fee. Our bill including the extra fees was just at $41.00 plus tip, before the fees it was only $32.00.
